Shame they forced the owner to remove the sturgeon although stumpy (a 20+) is still left in there. I've spent many a happy day there with the only problem being that it's too crowded at the weekend.

I always thought you should try a waggler out looking at your videos you seem dedicated to the alarms but I've had some of my biggest weights on waggler. However if you are looking for specimen fish white acres resort in cornwall is second to none i'm quite sure its impossible to blank there. Ive never fished the specimen lake but if its stocked half aswell as the others you're certain to be looking at some very big fish

Hey, im not sure if you guys had been there before but back in 2008 and before the pond was heavily stocked with sturgeon, up until 08 when the owned got heavily fined for having them illegally stocked and breeding, not been there since but back in 08 i had a nice 16lb mirror on the top on the same method just fished different, good to see the pond is back on its feet after the drastic reduction in stock and that people are catching good on there again!!

you should visit home farm fishery carp to 30 and cats to 60 the manager is a great guy and i was there when the record was caught you should give it a go

@TheCarpZone i noticed you peg its the closest one to the lodge.the fish dont tend to go round there due to the sunk tree and a concrete block, it is full of snags. i was on cabin 4 which is the best peg you should give it another go.

you guys should join warrington anglers and give grey mist mere a fish, its a difficult water but the fish in there are quite big, i think i have been to most fisheries after you have put them on here i never new there was so many waters around my area thankyou guys keep themm coming !!! :D:D:D:D
