Hmm, this Shermen Phelps thing looks familiar...I saw it on some Nickelodian thing where it showed several animations done by other people around the world...IMO, this was the very first one on there. The second one on there involved 3 short episodes of something, one of which involving a kid going up a bull's butt where you could clearly see the bull's testicles...
