Dr. King gave his life for his beliefs, like a lot of good men and women, the greatest people in the world, in my opinion, and yet, we in America are still in a buzz about having a black president... Both Dr. King and President Obama are good men, because they both had the courage to do what society told them they couldn't, Dr. King achieved a betterment of civil rights laws, even if most of that happened after his death, and President Obama became president in a society that said he couldn't.
