If your rights are being violated, which does happen at times, and we're not allowed to question the events taking place or to even observe when someone else's rights may be being violated how can we possibly prevent it? The reason people were angry and "threatening" is because they were outraged because of these events in the first place. The police needs to learn to behave reasonably and stop being arrogant pricks, then it won't be necessary to film them in the first place.

The police were dealing with a traffic stop. Yes it could have turned deadly and having a bitch like that piss the officers off in the middle of the city doing their jobs would make me angry too. It would of took all but a few minutes to get through the traffic stop. Yet she could not get her nose of business that did not pertain to her, regardless whether it was her property or not. The street does not belong her so she should not be filming something that is being conducted on a public road.

Rochester police have a reputation for racial profiling. Even the news in Rochester has a very racist slant. For example, a segment on a neighborhood going "downhill" included random footage of african americans walking in their own neighborhood. It was not even a shot of the neighborhood itself.
