now, if you look on figures gibo by any chance cant make it. villar & aquino hav thier eyes on it. but the arroyo's want to hav a candidate that would give them at least a big chance of protecting their interest in gov't. villar is their only possible option. the arroyo's knew that any candidate associated w/ them couldnt make it. dey create gibo as administration candiate to associate themslve to him and support villar as their candidate.
