  • That money shot! Dead sexy! Tried this recipe for my Mom and my Lola! They loved it! I added a bit of Old Bay to my salmon when I broiled it. Thanks for the awesome recipes and keep up the great work!

  • @Namurashi Thank you. I'm glad it was a hit!

  • that was awesome!!! where do you buy onigiri mold?

  • @ptuli500 You can usually get them in Chinatown or Asian grocery, but you can also shape it with your hands. Check out the "Fun with Onigiri" video.

  • i wanna try this!!!

  • This is so amazing, I really didn't expect this sort of fusion! I LOVE eggs benedict. Love love love. I love Japanese cuisine too, so this is definitely the best of both worlds. Just never knew you could combine the two! Brilliant - simply brilliant!

  • @VanillaAnimations Thank you very much!

  • I have never had eggs benedict before! When I try them I am going to make them like this! Thanks for sharing!

    Your videos are what food should be about, while the Food Network seems to be more and more about what they can sell you. ^.^;

  • This looks so amazing! I wish I could reach through my screen and taste it right now!! :)

  • @AsianCookingmadeEasy Glad you like it, Lila. Thanks so much!

  • Oh yeah! That Hollandaise with the Wasabi will open your head! Plain and simple man that is just BITCHIN! I would rather eat that than standard European style Bennies anyday! I only have 2 thumbs up to give you on this one Jay but if I had 4 they would all be up!

  • @MrEZCooking The wasabi in the Hollandaise is just enough to give the essence of wasabi, kinda like wasabi mayo. It's just the right amount to set this dish off right. I love the blender technique. Makes it a little too easy to make such a decadent sauce. Drizzle this on a slice of thin crust margarita pizza and you can thank me later. lol.

  • @MrJingjong Oh I am thanking you now! I got the ingredients for the sauce and I am going to use it on lots of stuff!

  • looks great!!

  • Looks great!

  • Hmmmm. Not sure about the rice but I do like how you sorta seared it up in the pan. And, mmmm, I love salmon. I love breakfast... That sauce looks deadly.... I think I'd like this. Nice recipe man.

  • @durkeeinkorea Thank you, Mr. Durks! You just gave me another idea. Stay tuned.

  • Looks good Doc!!! Nice twist!!

  • @TheVittleVlog How's Kansas treating you?

  • @MrJingjong Not bad Jay, starting to get cold. Thanks for asking. How are things your way?

  • @TheVittleVlog the same. I think it's time for a vacation... somewhere I can wear flip flops and make sushi on a boat. lol.

  • Awesome recipe Jay and a great presentation.

    God Bless,

    Elba

  • @elbacooks4u Thank you, Elba! Hope everything is well. I really liked your sweet potato recipe. Peace!

  • I don't think I've ever heard the term money shot in a cooking vid!. Fun. I do love eggs benedict, so I'll have to give it a try.

  • @novad511 After all, this is food porn right? lol.

  • that looks good and i don't eat eggs benedict. I have cooked when i worked in the hotel restaurant kitchen.

  • @Nitesraven I know what you mean. I have had many hotel eggs benedicts in many a brunch. It's a standard item for sure. In that setting, it's hard to keep it consistent. I have much respect to the cooks that run the breakfast line and brunch service. Thanks for watching!

  • DROOL. Now I'm really craving for some japanese food T^T

  • @stargirlvictoria Good, cuz I'm making ochazuke! Thanks for watching.

  • @ForeignShadow It's blended together so I don't think it would be that big of a deal
