Arhus It is the old capital of danamark from the rest of the cities of Denmark, has visited over 50 times in 10 years and I know all the streets and I go there about the they are very nice Wonderful atmosphere in summer, and most of that must be maintained this heritage old

I really enjoyed Arhus when I was there as a student in 1998. Definitely one of my favorite places in Northern Europe.

What a terrific places there! There 're too many fantastic places around the world to be visited and to be known, but really what necessary is, to have time and money, for example here in Brazil, there 're lots of places that i'm from Brazil and i don't know them personally.

Well MrNemy86. I used to live in the outskrits of Århus for like 20 years, and I can inform that there are only 300.000 habitants in Århus. I don't think you will get very intimidated by strangers, as the crime rate is fairly low. People in Denmark tend to keep to them self. I suppose you can say that about people in most north European countries. So your biggest problem will probaly be to get as many freinds as you have back in the US. :)

I visited AArhus a couple of years ago. Very well set up for students or famillies. Went to watch my friends support Depeche Mode at the football stadium, awesome gig!!

It can be almost like summer, with quite warm weather and sunshine etc., but if we have experienced a bad summer (which I hope not!) it can be a bit colder. But September is a nice month in Denmark. Have a nice Rotary tour!

Hi mikeblevins.

I live here in Århus (pronounce like: Orhus) and it can be difficult to tell exactly what kind of weather it will be, as things change very much even within each day asometimes. Dont expect to wear short and t-shirt every day in september and bring a raincoat, to be on the safe site. that way you can stand every challenge from the weather. We have a saying here: "There is no bad weather, only the wrong kind of clothes." And this is so true.
