he was of the few 'great' vocalists from the golden age of classic rock that is both still alive and still a great singer. He is ever bit as good as he used to be. The same would go for Bruce Dickenson aswell, Ian Gillan is still good but has lost some of his higher end vocals, but bear in mind he is 65, making him 7 years oler than Coverdale, and 13 years older than Dickenson. I probably missded some out, but those are my fave living singers that are still very good.

The reason Doug gets more play than Reb is baceuse HE is the Whitesnake guitarist, Reb is just filling in.. Reb Beach is normally playing with Kip Winger..

Doug Aldrich is so John Sykes its unreal. But he is amazing. But whitesnake all together are just one amazing band. Seen them on the good to be bad tour, and they blew me away and kicked def leppards ass lol

I went to see the tour in Liverpool, and it was really too close to call. The 2 bands are so different acts on stage, but me and my dad (who has seen Whitesnake in concert like, 8 or 9 times) came away thinking Def Leppard just scraped it. No offence meant though! Where did you go and see them?

No doubt Sykes is great...but the Doug Aldrich / Reb Beach team did very well on stage and for once Whitesnake was a real "band". With other lineups it always seemed David Coverdale + a bunch of very talented musicians but never really implicated. Sorry, it's just my feeling and I've seen Whitesnake a few times...
