In this game that's thing is called Shin Getter Holy Dragon and is piloted by a living organic Shin Getter Dragon. It isn't Emperor-1 because Emperor-1 has a more cylinder shape whereas this one is more like a rectangular prism.

It's the Getter Ark, but in this game where the clip is from, it's actually called Getter Emperor for some reason. (At least, that's what I remember it being called in the game)

Because it is the Getter Emperor. Getter Ah, romanized by the kana, Ark, is a completely different Getter Robo. Emperor is Getter which will grow until it fills the entire universe, whereas Getter Ah is modified version of Shin Getter with modifications to keep its powers in check
Like sketch316 said, that is the Getter Emperor (Daikessen version). In the manga, it's usually called Emperor 1. It combines with Emperor 2 & 3 to form Getter Emperor.
what you are refering to is Shin Dragon and no that ain't it but seeing that they have alot of custom chars and unit's in this game that might be a custom as well
Actually I was referring to is that the even larger Getter Robot that appeared in the dimensional void that Shin Getter dragon sparked through at the end of the Shin Getter Armageddon.
