Warrant didn't even go on 'till over 2 hours after time scheduled, and went on with just 60% of a sound system; the storm blew out about half of it. Jani's show in Vegas, 7 days earlier was a problem, but band + Jani were GREAT here!
i'm glad Jani had his shit somewhat together at Rocklahoma, he rambled on between songs but he performed and sang the shit out the songs. We got lucky as he sandwhiched in a good perfomance between the two trainwrecks in Vegas and Rock on the Bayou
I think he sounds fucking awesome. I understand that the rest of the band needs someone reliable up-front, but they might as well put Warrant to rest without Jani!

jani was definately high/drinking during this show....BUT...what a great show! he sang great and his between song bantering was classic. you could tell the Warrant guys were PISSSSSSSED at him. would not be surprised if hes not in Warrant in a month. he was high enough that he couldnt play his guitar parts, but who cares? a little danger and the unknown is whats missing from rock and roll. as long as he can sing, its all good.
@johnnyspudgun1 I was wondering if u could help me. I was there that year and shook jani's hand. I can't remember which song it was but could u let me know if any of your vids show it.... I was wearing a red dress that day. would have stood out would appreciate it!
