UPDATE: Mark Fiorino Hearing Rescheduled

Mark was extremely respectful to the officiers. I cannot beleive that they treated him in such a manner.

When I first came across the raw audio of this incident I was appalled. I am extremely happy to hear that the verdict was not guilty. I am shocked that there were charges filed in the first place.

Cops have a hard, hard job. (the old joke is: the one thing police & firemen have in common?... they both want to be firemen....) Glad to hear Mark was found not guilty. Wonder how it would have turned out had it NOT recorded it.

PLEASE keep ME/ us posted on this issue.I am a victim of a police crime as well,arrested at MY home,after the cop arrived to discover his service was no longer needed.At which point he began harassing me and hit my assistance dog across his face while intentionally blocking the way to the front door.I am an animal trainer of 26+yrs,NEVER had my service dog been bit by anyone.All things considered,by telling him,"Dont fu@#ing touch my Dog again", was a very controlled response
