There is not enough evidence on this video to suggest whether the user has uploaded the clip to showcase an example of racial discrimination used on a member of the public or if the suspect here had been previously convicted and was searched under what they call "reasonable grounds". Police need a little more than "reasonable suspicion" to search a vehicle. Reasonable suspicion would allow them to walk the K-9 around but nothing else unless the dog indicates. Also why is so hard for you to dispute someone's opinion without intelligently attempting to insult them?
