I don't see how someone could easily hack this. You probably need to sign in, and for them to get a password they would somehow need to get into whatever database it's stored on, which is no less safe than your credit card info.

Well if you put it that way, then I might as well state that it's way faster and easier to use a few tools to pick a lock. I do it all the time when I lock myself out of my house.

Then again I doubt most people who would break into a house are smart or patient enough to either wirelessly hack a security system (Which is usually really hard) or sit there and fiddle with a dead bolt's mechanism for a few minutes.

srry for the negative remark but this is now yes it might be easier now but it will get to a point in time where everything will be electronic and the only way to get in is with stuff like that ya most ppl who try and break into a house ain't that very bright any ways so yes they would rather fidle with a lock that way i say best protection would be a shotgun from behind the door lol
