@soggydoughnuts They changed the mechanics around in Cata. I think I was talking about the buff you get from judging. There is also a buff you get when you use holy shock if I remember correctly.

@MrFondueMaster MP5 is short for Mana Per 5 Seconds, its you're mana regen, if you want to show it you go to Character info -> Spell -> mouseover manaregen.

@gravo12345 It is in your protection tab of your spell book... You learn it at lvl 80. It looks like an upturned hand with a cone of light coming out of it.

An addon you should try, Clcbpt, is a very lovely tracker in bar-style that shows timing and on who you have your beacon, aswell as JotP.

Why paladins need intellence? it makes heals bigger or what?

@Blazzzerz Intelligence (Back when this video was made) was not like it is now in Cataclysm. It would give you much more mana as opposed to what Intellect gives you now. You needed high amounts of intellect so Divine Plea would tick for more and you could continue to spam holy light to your hearts content.

Holy used to not need much spell power because of this. Therefore, you stack INT.

@Rhoxio Another reason would be the more Intellect you have the better. Arena for example. Hpally / w/e vs a priest/rogue. Priest will mana burn you when ever he gets the chance and say you have 5k more than the disc. chances is the Priest will go Oom either before you or be very close to it.

@amirgavan The fact of the matter is, Pivine Plea is made for mana regen. If you say differently, then you are obviously not playing your class right.

The reason for PvP gear with mp5 is because you cant exactly pop Divine Plea when you are spamming people with heals.

This is my character and I know what I am talking about. If you choose to be bad, so be it.

Really? Everyone that I know and have played with has said the exact opposite. I believe the exact opposite as well.

The extra 5 points into crit chance is very standard. We get back 30% of the mana from a heal if we crit. It used to be 100% back in Vanilla WoW. Saying Holy doesnt need crit is like saying priests dont need spirit. Please, don't spew crap that you don't have a clue about.

Take away your shields, mass dispell, group heals, and great mana regen then you might get a cheap and easy flash of light type of heal. MY build isn;t even focused around FoL, I am Holy Light built.

Priests are more group healing oriented than paladins. Therefore their priority is it keep the raid alice as opposed to the paladin who has to keep a tank alive. Big difference...
