i've worked in retail on&off so i can relate.

i think i'm one of the few people who (even when i don't work at a store) i like to pick up the clothes i left or dropped and put them back in place, etc.

but, yes -- you said it about those rude and ignorant shoppers. makes working in retail so much worse! "the customer is always right" is the saying; even when the customer is a rude, short-tempered bitch-fest! oi.

but i adored your video. what desk job do you have now? x.

i hear ya, i believe that everyone should be forced to work at least a month of retail during the holidays in their lifetime. it'd make the retail realm a much happier place.
