Nice catch on the carnival train Kevin. It's nice to see the SD70M was on the point and running elephant style as well. I like the end were the train rolls around the curve and you can hear the SD70M's K5LA.

When I was little I lived a block from where the Strates train would stop in our town to unload the train. All summer we would listen for the horns. Even if it was a month before they should be there we would say FAIR TRAIN! When it did come in we would sit on the front porch and watch the trucks drive by and guess what ride was on each truck.

@ForgottenBuffaloTour My guess was that the time between shows was so big that they didn't even have the crew on the train. Because when they went north to Middletown it was 2 weeks before they set up. This train was identical just in the opposite direction.

@xspeed2001 Yes, there are other circus trains but what makes Strates different is that its a carnival train and not a circus train. All carnivals travel by truck but Strates is so big that its more cost effective for them to travel by train, as they have been doing since the 30's. Sorry, I could have worded that better in the description.
