@EveningsStars At least with this version, you can easily understand all the words (Enya's is a little harder to do in that department). It is also intended for a live concert audience, so it is done differently to have the proper impact there. Live, it just blows you out of your seat. Somehow, I doubt Enya could do this live.

@ErinAlexis86 I liked Enya's version too and still do. However the difference is in my explanation above. Enya uses a multi effect synthesizer accompaniment, not a real orchestra and remember every group uses its own arrangement of any song.

The biggest difference between Enya's version (which I also like) is that CW sings live, has a fantastic live orchestra, and choir and does NOT use multiple layers of effects.THIS is the real deal- in REAL TIME.

@pureheartkid3 Enya uses a multitude of effects in the studio and tracks on live performances. Celtic Woman is LIVE. THAT is the measure for all artistry and total mastery of your craft.

BTW. the audio engineers on these shows are top of the line as well. It is very difficult to get a great front-of- house (PA) feed for the live audience and such an easy going and comfortable level of crystal clear audio and mix for the recording especially outdoors.

No, neither statement is true. It's called Orinoco Flow on Enya's albums "Watermark" and "Paint the Sky With Stars" (greatest hits album), Celtic Woman's CD "Celtic Woman", and Libera's New Dawn. I have seen it credited as Orinoco Flow (Sail Away) but never just Sail Away.
