@Assault912 If you wanted to think about it in a logical way, you could say Flynn is stronger yet doesn't have the freedom that having 2 blades offers. Also, a shield weighs more, so he wouldn' as fast from that.

Lol, you gotta love yuri and flynn's conversations during the fight. but anyway, this battle seems a bit on the cheap side since flynn has two healing moves.

@NeoNintendo How is it cheap? When you're against another PLAYER or using hacks to get an advantage in-game, then yes. But when you're against an in-game enemy which would already have a lot more HP and attack then you, it's essential to use items.

Yeah, but that's this kind of thing that makes a game hard and fun :) In every rival duel, you had to win (except the first two fights against Kratos and the first fight against Asch).

Yeah but against Kratos and Asch they aren't friends, and were fighting with all they had to kill you the time you had to "win" in those duels

In Vesperia, it was just to kill some time, so it didn't matter who won or lost :P

After going through Abyss, I kinda did expect the game to pull some "if you lose you get killed by accident" junk, so it did surprise me you could lose.

Still, doesn't mean you shouldn't try and win the fight :P
