Thanx for adding this marvellous video because it was the beginning of a never-ending love affair with British beat music. I was eleven years old then.

On Dec.28 1997 I saw the Searchers perform in Hamburg. Standing right in front of Frank Allen, I scarcely moved, keeping my eyes fixed on their instruments in sheer amazement. I wish I could see them in Liverpool! The very same day I would buy my first Fender guitar. Well, who knows, dreams may come true.

This is a MIMED version - I saw it mentioned on another clip of this song. I think it's from a 1988 version for which there's a B&W video with a blonde girl in who looks like the girl from Gregory's Girl film!

throw out all the other versions , this is the best live performance I ve ever heard of this song. Not sure of the lineup that year but everything clicks.
