The only people who think this game sucks are the ones who get killed all the time and cant get in a kill. I know this cuz i was one of those kinda of people before. When i first bought the game i was getting rhaped in every game i go to and i said man this game is fuckin weak i shulda never bought it! But then later that night i got high as shit and my skills started blossoming ahahaha and now im in a kickass clan and i got a wicked gun and its fun as hell! i play almost everyday

well i dont think the game sucked as much as i used to when i first got it... but i was good on the count i played all the socoms. but socom confrontation is kinda prison booty on the count that zipper interactive didnt make it

I played all SOCOMS but confrontation- i own it, but i started online with SOCOM 3, went to CA then, COD4 happened...and i never looked back :''( Now, i feel so bad for not ever opning confrontation.. but, with stuff like that- wait, i thought Confrontation was said not to have a thermal scope!!!!! AAAGH , the nolsagia is coming back... hm...although it seems possibly only for a map pack was i right to never play COnfrontation?

i feel like the game was really good, but at the beginning the game was riddled with problems, but if you stuck with it they fixed the problems. but im just finding out there was a map pack dlc, so i might need to take a break with MW2 and get that dlc. but its overall a pretty decent game.

@tippership Its not the best socom....but i love it still...If your a socom fan you will most likely enjoy this game through all of its crap. Should of gave it a chance man....im really enjoying the DLC right now. And hopefully this game still gets supported, this community really deserves it. Loyal socom fans are the best gamers around.

@tippership No, confrontation is much better than all the call of duty's....because it has no lag, a nice community, requires teamwork and tactics, and is amazing balanced, unlike CoD games where you can snipe someone across the map with a smg in 3 shots using ironsights.

@carl123boss There isn't any lag for me, but that's probably because I play in US East servers (where I live) and I have a verrrry high speed internet connection. So...yeah, I get waaaaay less lag on this than games like cod4 and mw2.

i for 1 hate slant 6, they DID kill socom. and you would know it if you've ever played another socom game online...say SOCOM II? but anyway. confrontation is the only socom on ps3, so yeah, we still play it, but when next socom drops(who will not be by slant six, their contract is over with no offer of extension by sony) we will all trash this p.o.s. and play somthing that we will love, and not just this game that we play because its the "only game" GET IT?
