@FirefightersTV I'm gonna disagree with that, at least in some way.Diners, Drive-ins and Dives is a pretty good show in my opinion, granted the host looks like a douche with that hair but it shows some pretty darn tasty mom and pop restaurant cooking from around the country. I don't know whether the food network is comprised entirely of "NYC fake food tv producers" but I'll tell you one thing, this born and bred New Yorker sure likes what he sees in BBQ Pit, and would pay to see more of it.

steak looked just a little too light inside for my liking i like it for me its gotta be seared on the outside just like it was but still damn near bleedin inside. . i aint complainin us men like out meat different ways just like we all like different sized women.. it was all top notch and almost worthy to cook along side with us Aussies... go on let me have it for the last part.. but everyone knows us aussies bbq all year round if its rainging outside we will take the bbq inside and keep going.
