fallout: game, where you cannot die, just go to inventory and take 100 atimpacks at once. gothic - why not make a game with impossibly frustrating controls? gothic II - why not make a game when every rat is 10 levels above you have to save penny for ages to have at least decent cloth. risen - why not make a game even more difficult than gothic, where monsters can kill quest characters even when youre not around etc. dragon age - yea, lets have mutt in a party and have your mage wear plate armor

@paragonshadow Dog sucks, always getting killed, it cant wear armor after all. Which could be possible btw, horses do have armor. And in combat, dog is good against a bear, but what can it do with plate armor? After putting that plate armor on my mage, I realised I dont enjoy the game anymore, switched it off and never played again. But otherwise its a good game, I agree. Elder scrolls sucks nowadays, for me its Arena: A, Daggerfall: B, Morrowind: C, Oblivion: D, Skyrim: F

Personally, I prefer Fallout 3 over NV. F3 just feels more survival-y. In NV I had to set restrictions for myself (i.e. carry only what would be realistic to haul around, play on hardcore mode, refuse to buy from the gun runners, etc) for the game to be any sort of challenge. Without restrictions I end up with more money than I know what to do with by the time I reach Vegas. But then again, I have to explore EVERYTHING when playing Bethesda games, so that may be why.

You are SPOT ON dude. Gothic 2 and Vampire the masquerade bloodlines are the best rpg's i played. I'm glad you didn't put Oblivion which is a children game (level scaling kills an rpg). Your only mistake is Fallout which is similar to Oblivion . Anyway good to see some people have a good taste in games :)

I like fallout NV and Oblivion equally but fallout 3 I cant play without mods. You cant really move anywhere becouse in dc theres buildings blocking everyway and in the waste there rocks. while in the mojave its more savanna and you can actually move more freely.
