  • am i the only one that finds pink elephants on parade not scary?

  • @smoochie4you yes

  • When I first saw Return to Oz, I thought it was awesome. I wasn't scared by the freaky situations; I just felt the heightened sense of danger made the film a lot more suspenseful and immersive than the original. Then again, I saw it at age 9, so I was older and less easy to scare than the kids you were impersonating.

  • Return to Oz was a DISNEY movie? I thought it was Warner Brothers! Or, well, anyone BUT Disney!

  • totally agree with the oz thing man those heads r gonna frighten me until I die

  • I would like to call the horned king, the ras al ghul of disney villains.

  • he forgot the hydra from hercles....MAN THAT THING STILL SCARES ME ( AND ITS MY FAVE COULAR...PLUM)

  • The pink elephants scene is used as filler because the film would be too short without it. Plus the budget for Dumbo was suppose to be low, and animating the pink elephants was probably the cheaper option. (the animation in that scene does look simple and low cost)

You said these things in animation lookback, so what's to wonder?

  • @MrAndrewsaccount92 Also its too scare kids so they don't drink alcohol.

  • 8:30 equally funny

  • 8:01 funny as hell

  • I was wondering where you were going with the High School Musical thing, now it all makes sense! well done

  • I was expecting the Tim Burton version of Alice in Wonderland to be on here, but your decisions are fairly good anyway.

  • You sound almost like Gilbert Godfried.

  • Donald:SHUT UP!!!!!!!

ElectricDragon505: Gezz,i was only narrating here!

    XD

  • Sleepy Hollow scared the shit out of me.

  • My sister and i were bored so my sis was surfing her i pod when she went on you tube and u poped up and my sis and i was dieing laughing!!!!!XD!!!!You r hilarious.:-)

  • Vennessa Hugens NOOO!!!!!

  • Secret of survival... ohhhh I love that song!

  • Sorry but the hungry Donald Duck scene just made me laugh xD

  • How can a group of little boys be interested in attractive women if (for some reason) the movie has barely few female characters? (not counting the blue fairy and the fish) But I digress

  • we're supposed to be scared by 80s werewolf-transformations, but ironically it's a donkey-transformation that scared us.

Werewolf: a donkey? are you kidding me?

Donkey: Probably because it was caused by a pedo-like dude...

  • number 10: that frickin Headless horsemen scared the shit out of me when i was a kid because of that laugh. The Song scared me a little bit

number 9: OMG the Pink Elephants freaked me me out and I had nightmares from it.

number 8: Those talking heads scared me...

number 7: I remembered that but I must say he I was freaked out by this

number 6: The Horned King Freaked.Me.Out!

number 5: That Donkey transformation scared me as a kid!! OMG!

  • @ darkcrystalsage, if they act like bitches they turn into dogs.

  • Oh god, I could never watch the whole return to Oz, It scared the shit out of me. It's like, seriously?!?!? How the fuck is this for kids??!?!?!

  • OMG I HATE that mother fudging hand!!!!

  • I HATE pleasure island and pink elephants! I watched them once and I swore, NEVER AGAIN! They both scared the living SHIT out of me I can't watch either of those movies at all. And it was like 8 years ago I watched them. Thank you Disney for scaring me shitless!

  • This is great!!! :D

  • @ConstantineChernabog I laughed too, epic!!!

  • After seeing the pinocchio thing again, I have to say: WTF Disney?!

Seriously?! Jack%$s?! Never return as boys?! Pedo Devil face!!

    WTH Walt?!

  • Whats the song between the scenes?D: Sound me familiar but I can't remember from...

  • @xllHikaruIIx It's "Our secret of survival from a very nasty world"from the wind in the willows :)

  • Good song for your countdown.

  • LOL DUCK DUCK DUCK DUCK DUCK DUCK DIE XD YOU ARE FUNNY AS HELL

  • i think the elephant scene is supposed to say to children not to get drunk

  • I have seen a fuck ton of disney movies on shrooms and those scary moments just get fuckin worse

  • Lol a 100000000000000 times

  • You know, number 5 reminded me on how I thought I was gonna write a follow up to Pinocchio novel which would answer the question...what did happen to Pleasure island?

  • Hahaha unleashing insane Donald on High School Musical!

  • @Indyfilms123 I find that somehow cruel and funny at the same time

  • 2:05-2:12 changed my life 4ever

  • Number nine doesn't scare me, it disturbs me number eight is so far from the original, kinda freaky. Now seven ,that was freaky. Number six,meh number five,I mean holy crap!

  • Haha I love ur dance at #10

  • hey, whats the song that you play during the numbers being shown?

  • @DEFSeattle "Secret of Survival"

  • Master Hand laugh...? *shudder*

    Those- THOSE FREAKING ELEPHANTS!

Return to Oz was pretty cool, imo, but it WAS creepy in some places.

    HSM? What was- EEK!

And... I'm never gonna watch Pinocchio. D:

  • I've been watching Jurassic Park since I was three, so really, none of this scared me at all

  • I would be surprised If people didnt get seizures at the elephants scene

  • Nice cartman voice!!!!

  • what happened to book first movie second? Pinocchio was a long running newspaper story produced in a series of installments to increase paper sales and was later complied into a book. The movie had to preserve some of the original text. And believe me they left out a lot of scarier shit that Pleasure Island. In the book Pinocchio freaking KILLS Jimminy with a mallet!!! No haha not really dead either, dead as in windshield splat DEAD!

  • GABRIEL IGLESIES 10:12

  • Oh my god the donkey scene scared the shit out of me when I was little, we always fast-forwarded through that part xD

  • 5:44 - "well, what would you expect if somebody told you they went to a world of signing midgets, with a talking scare crow, tin man and lion AND they have to off this witch with a bucket of water so they can get her EYE and give it to some dude controlling a giant head"

    Seems legit.

  • What movie is 1:09?

  • I wonder the same as Ael0987654321, what's the song for the listing? =P

  • what is that song in the backgrund?

  • @ael0987654321 Secret of Survival from the Wind in the Willows

  • the scariest thing is this guy thinking its ok to wear that hat and opened shirt speaking of Disney movies.

  • Okay, if Pleasure Island turns boys to jackasses, what happens if there's a girl there, what does she turn into?

  • i can think of dozens of political jokes for number 5

  • I actually had the honor of watching Return to Oz..... and it is so AWESOME!!!!!!!

(P.S.) I'd always saw Donald killing the HSM people.... Excellent!!

  • The pink elphans scene would look even freakier in 3d.

  • I saw The Return the Oz The movie was excellent!!!! I can watch it again without being bored!!! I loved it's Magic & It's Horror!! ^_^

  • lol the pink elephants never freaked me out as a kid. but the wheelers from return to oz scared the crap out of my the frist time i saw it i ran out of the living room

  • I see that lamwpicks transformartion disturbed kids no matter where they came from xD

  • I'm made for close-ups, I was just drawn that way.

  • duck duck duck duck duck duck DIE!!!!!!

  • AHEM... As the moon runs HIGH on the dead oak tree as the dead rise UP for the mid-night spree... Also, in the case of the elephants, I think it's their spooky ninexistent eyes that get me and the wicked grin when they make that one elephant out of their heads.

  • scene #10-yeah thats not for cartoon but it was cartoon made of scary story

scene #9-what were they smokin.....I mean drinkin they are promoting alchohol trough animal toddlers.....btw most of those disney cartoons were made during 1940 so during WWII which can help us think why they had so dark and scary thoughts

  • Yay! Donald killed the cast of High School Musical!

  • I COULD NOT STOP FUCKING LAUGHING! your brilliant man!!

  • as the coachman said, give a boy a chance to have fun and misbehave, and he'll make a jackass out of himself. literally

  • you call that a womens scream i can do better girl scream....wait did i just say that out loud

  • yeah, I never really watched Pinnocio or Dumbo because of this..

  • I actually laughed at the part when that guy turned into a donkey. I thought it was pretty funny, but I also thought it was pretty cruel for those boys to be turned into donkeys and shipped as slaves.

  • That's scene, and yet that last part made me laugh; "come join the fun, jackass!"

"What does he think I look like, a jackass?"

  • nice dude i subbed :)

  • Pleasure Island never scared me as a kid, Pinocchio and Geppeto inside the Whale scared me!

  • Actually I say "Mindfuck."

  • Pleasure Island...... It.. Sounds so wrong ._.

  • "I'm not pissing myself with fear.... but why?"

  • Setting Hungry Donald on the High School Musical cast made me die of laughter!

  • whenever I went trick-or-treating with my friends we were at this one house and I remebered a jumper screaming at you.So I quoted AniMat by saying what he said about The Headless Horseman.I still screamed when he jumped at us.O and my friend has seen a TON of scary movies and I showed her this and throughout the whole part with Return to Oz I was looking at her and her eyes kept getting wider. She has sworn not to watch it!LOL.Well,we both thought this countdown was cool we stiil quote it a lot:)

  • on the 9th one, not to be disrespectful or anything to Dumbo; I think Dumbo was high or just drunk and passed out

  • what film is that clown at 6:15 from?

  • @SailorStar006 The Brave Little Toaster.

  • i'm so relieved that pinocchio is on there, i bought the movie when i was about six... AND I HAVEN'T WATCHED IT AGAIN UNTIL NOW

  • you forgot to mention how freaky it was when the princess chased Dorothy around while MISSING HER HEAD :c I didn't sleep for months

  • Not souls

  • Sorry should

  • Boring wtf souls become a bum ha ha ha

  • I'd replace the elephant thing with Hefalumps and Woozels as they are basically torturing one of the most beloved disney characters ever. Also replace Donald with Ursula, both when she crawls accross the boat to drag Ariel back to the sea and when she grows gigantic. That still scares the crap out of kids.

  • It turns out that the Headless Horseman was actually Brom Bones in disguise and Ichabod Crane goes on to be a successful lawyer/judge.

  • 10. well, he was kind of a dick, picturing the father out of the way and such

    9. rember kids, dont drink under aged

    BIG LIPPED ALLIGATOR MOMENT

    8. when did oz become wonderland

    7. okay, i'll have to agree on that one

    6. QUICKLY! WE NEED A BRUCE CAMBELL!

and if you think all that is scary, rember his death scene?

  • #9 - What happens when disney annimators mess with some nasty drugs

  • Haha I remember you ElectricDragon50, you're so cute ^,^ . How have you been?

  • No wolf from "Make Mine Music"???? Aww, c'moon....

  • 11:36 aww I have not before noticed that one of them are crying :(

  • Did anyone tell you that you sound like one of the narraters on Animal Planet's "The Most Extreme"?

  • The Pink elephants were WTF? lol!

  • Yay for Return to Oz! Propably my favorite Disney Live Action Movie ever! <3 And i liked it better than the original movie :P

Great Video, very well done ;)

  • 5D's tins in the background FTW

  • Hey, Mat. Can you do Disney's top 10 funniest moments?

  • u look exactly like my step-cousin

  • 2:06 i'm sorry but that makes me laugh EVERY TIME.

  • oh! You shoulda shown the Horned King when he was sucked into the Cauldron... that part always scared me when i was younger.. ( i sound so old lol)

  • After watching all the scary Disney moments and having the Pink Elephants included in all of them, I have concluded that Dumbo was on acid.

  • I love the pink elephants scene :) great video.

  • I love this video, it deserves a lot more views! RETURN TO OZ SCARED ME SO MUCH WHEN I WAS YOUNGER!

  • The Wheelers scared the living crap out of me when I was little. But you are right, The Return of Oz is a really good movie. I think I first saw it when I was six or maybe even a little younger, I rewatched recently, I'm 25 now, and I was surprised to see I actually enjoyed it more NOW then when I was younger.

Pleasure Island...Oh boy...Lets just say 20 years after watching Pinocheo for the first time I STILL don't like watching that movie.

Great list. Off to watch part two.

  • The ending of the "Pink Elephants On Parade" sequence made me feel like I was on drugs. Not that I know what being high is like, but it made me feel out of control and panicked. Is that what an unexperienced person feels like the first time they take acid or whatever?

  • Return to OZ scared the crap out of me when I was a kid.

  • 4:48 Uuuuuuummm....... This is what happened to me: Before "Ooh, this sounds fun." After "Wow, that was scary.......... and different!" Sorry! :P

  • I remember laughing at the pink elephant scene as a kid, merely because it was so crazy and made no sense.

  • It was spiked with champagne

  • 11:15 (Does a spittake) Did he just say...what I THINK he just said?!

  • 00:29 watcher in the woods its actually a really good movie

  • good call on the # 5 i would do that too

  • omg i have the old sleepy hollow VHS tape and it always scared the crap out of me as a little kid (and still does a little)!

  • 3:30 weed

  • 2:00 not just not scary really gay

  • I know a lot of the people were scared of the pink elephant scene but strange thing is... i never was, even as a small kid. I was just thinking: interesting colors but kinda boring. I'm serious, no joke.

  • You've gotta be kidding me, maybe all the songs in Sleepy Hollow weren't scary...actually none of them were EXCEPT the last one which you explicitly mentioned wasnt scary.

  • If it's any consolation, there was a hooker in the great mouse detective.

  • oh yes my friend was scared shitless of the horned king and i think it was pretty scary myself

  • I never thought there was anything pedophilic about Pleasure Island. I do agree though about them running out without at least taking Lampwick with them or telling the authorities when they got back to land.

  • #6: Kick-ass villian alert.

  • That was totally my reaction to Return To Oz, when I was a kid!!!!

  • I don't understand why the Horned King is one of the most unknown Disney villians. The guy is a BADASS. It's not only his voice that's creepy, but the way he looks! There needs to be an attraction at Disneyland with him in it, if there already isn't one.

  • When you started going on about the hookers, I was drinking a can of sprite. Luckily I turned at the last moment and got the floor, but my nose still hurts. It was worth it though.

  • I think I almost crapped my pants when I was a little girl and watched Pinocchio where his "friend" turns into a donkey.

  • I saw that 5DS tin in the background... you can't hide it from me!

  • this guy is funii

  • @ElectricDragon505 they needed to get the witch's broom, not her eye

  • @ElectricDragon505 you should review the rankin/bass king kong and the hanna/barbera godzilla

  • One question: is the song at 00:58 in a Disney movie? I find their accent AWESOME!!!

  • Okay this guy may just sound really funny, but he has a really good point with all of these scenes. Especially Return to Oz. I have all of these movies he explained and I find Return to Oz the most scariest scene ever filmed in Disney. Of course, when I was younger, I didn't understand what was up with good ol' Dumbo there with getting drunk and pink elephants. Elephants just scare me: PERIOD! Which is exactly why I forbidded myself to ever set my eyes on Dumbo again. Thx for making a point! Lol

  • Black Couldron 3D = DAMN

  • The Horned King is awesome, and is such an underrated villain! He's scary as hell, possibly as evil as Hitler, and has dragons, a "Cauldron-born" army of darkness (pun intended), a badass entrance, and a terrifying close-up.

  • If Maleficent had a king, The Horned King would be it. He even has his own Army of Darkness. Pun intended.

  • what do they say at 00:58 ?

  • You left out one of the most disturbing parts of the Pleasure Island scene, when the Coachman rips the clothes from a terrified donkey's back before throwing him into a crate. It's at /watch?v=tgmfV5VLHvs. Yeah, it's kind of pedo all right.

  • If it will make anyone feel better, The Coachman does get killed and some of the donkeys are saved in the SNES video game adaption of Pinocchio if you can beat him and release the donkeys from the crates on the Pleasure Island level. One other tip: kill the Coachman's minions before they kill you!

  • In Nostalgi Chick and Critic words for the Dumbo "BIG LIP ANGATOR MOMENT"

  • @ichigoisfatal19 Did you knowthat you make NO sense?

  • @boonaga911 I'm not the only one "Knowthat" you need a space. DICK

  • @ichigoisfatal19 haha I'm on my android Gtablet right now. I can't help it. Oh btw, I was kidding. and you just called an 11 year old a dick...?

  • @boonaga911 Yeah he called an 11 year old a dick. So what?

  • @ElectricDragon505 That's what Champane does to you!

  • 8:39-8:42 I get it, HARDY HAR HAR, Very funny.

  • Pink Elephants are THE best :'D LMAO DAYUMMMM it's soooooo catchy :) <3<3 luff it

  • wats that song? i like it :)

  • @101myths "It's a secret of survival in a very nasty world"

-Mr. Toad's Wild Ride (Sung by the Weasels)

  • i tottally forgot about the pink elephants

  • i have never heard of the legend of sleepy hollow but i like the song it's very catchy

  • pfffffffffffffffffffffffffffff Gabriel Iglesias XD DAYUM! that was my favorite part...

  • 6. He is really scary, when he's close up.

    5. I would have saved those kids. I know they were bad but they are still just children. I hope in a Kingdom Hearts game The Coachman would be a boss, and fighting him would definitely be satisfying.

  • @twilightangel004 lol i tottaly agree to the kingdom of hearts game u r a geanus

  • @twilightangel004 Agreed on Number 5 *nods*

  • @twilightangel004 i totally agree! Although KILLING HIM would be more satisfying!

  • 10. I think the build up to the Headless Horseman is bone chilling.

    9. You think the animators took something illegal before they animated this part, I think that would enplane this.

    8. I never seen that movie, but it looks creepy and awesome at the same time.

    7. What's missing form this is Donald writing "All work and no play makes Donald a dull boy." over and over again. And bless you for taking out those vapid teen stars,

  • He's got a good point, where are the hookers?

  • Nice effort but a bit annoying...
