Director here: We bought them from a vendor supply house, then an incredible team of volunteers folded each and every pizza box (and a bunch of little takeout boxes, too) I think the number of pizza boxes was 500 or so. Colin was a good sport being buried like that. It was 2 seconds of the video, but a good hour of shooting.
