@cosmiccandy URPNEYS! He said protected by his army of urpneys. Though it can be mislead if one hears it wrong. And yes cartoons in the past had wonderful imagination and episodes unlike shows of today.
He said "does it rhyme with nose?" I remember this being one of my favourite scenes (I watched it to death when my parents bought it for me on video) - "It's a hamburger! It's a football! Does it rhyme with nose?"
Hmm but what's his angle? You know, his motive? What does he gain by making people have annoying dreams? Does is sustinate him or make him more powerful? Or will he not stop giving people nightmares unless the United Nations give to him..... One million dollars!!
@randomandproudqueen Considering he gets the dreamstone four times (once every series), and I can't remember exactly what he does during each, he might just do that :P
@ultrassjstuart I imagine like Dr Beard it's something to do with gaining power, etc the same way the Dreammaker benefits from dreams. Or he could be the classic villain. In that he's pure, concentrated evil. I mean, christ, Zordrak looks like the first drawing H.P.Lovecraft would make if he was doing his own children's animation.
@PyramidHead2000 I know! He's a genius! :3 I even adore this show very much and the urpneys are funny. Whenever I feel down or blue I watch an episode fo this show and the urpneys always know how to make me laugh and make me feel better.
wow. first day on the job and you get access to classified material?..... =D

The Dream Maker could be Merlin the wizard's twin brother.

If you think about it, the Dream maker is basically doing the same job as the BFG

@ 4:54 I thought he said "protected by his army of herpes". I had to relisten, lol!
I miss this. Cartoons back then really tapped into the imagination and they had wonderful soundtracks.

"Security must be our motto" and the Dream Maker keeps the key to the Dream Stone Room under the mat...

The Dream Maker is a moderately entertaining, but utterly generic white haired old mentor figure.

zordrak is easily the greatest and best villain in cartoon history. PERIOD.

Presumably Zodrak gets the same benefits the Dreammaker does when his nightmares are experienced.

meh, maybe dreams of blasting zombies are just more entertaining.
would you rather run round some flowery meddow aimlessly even if its 'nice'
or have a sword fight with Freddie Kruger, but the swords are chain-saws.
