Why do parents get penalised when they raised concerns about abuse? Why do victims of crime copped it sweet and we place the blame on them (and give them the guilty feelings.) Pleased to say that legislative changes brought about, by our efforts and others, now mean child safety comes before a child's right to a relationship with both parents - even if one is an abuser. Parents will not be penalised by raising violence concerns and domestic violence now includes such things as emotional violence, witnessing violence and neglect.
What this 'vested interests don't what you to know is that domestic violence perpetrated against the mother which automatically wins sole custody in around a whopping 90 percent of cases is the rare exception Not the Rule. More data was released today: x amount of children abused, x amount of 'parents' not capable of caring for their children. Many politicians making statements of how shameful child abuse is. No one makes a challenging statement against the Family Court. All the hard work like videos like these has again fallen on deaf ears. I can't quote actually numbers because one child abused is too many. x amount of children is just disgraceful. No one has the right to challenge abusers and to take them down.
These issues need more public and court focus! More focus is being given to the issue of fathers claiming they are being deprived of time with their children. Both issues need to be addressed publicly which cannot be done with the current court secrecy.
I witness a court case where a hot shot lawyer ripped apart a young mum. The police charge this fuckwit with assault to the mum and the baby and malicious damage. The lawyer torn apart the mum. Thankfully the fuckwit was found guilty but he only got a two year good behaviour bond. The young mum was only relieved that it was all over. I would have given Hanging or a bullet. His death will benefit society. Now this fuckwit will get his mates to terrorise the young mum and her kids.

The best interest in the children is in not living with Domestic Violence and not accepting it as a part of life. The best interest in the Family Court is in not branding a parent that may speak out with a diagnosis that fits with the Family Court because those parents only get stronger and learn to speak out when they find others in the same predicament. No mother-child relationship should be forcibly separated against their will. It is unjust to do so, and extremely emotionally and psychollogically damaging to both the mother and the child.

It would be nice if two million Australians saw this. It would be great if many people decided to hunt down child abusers. Maybe we should even legalise vigilantes. Why is this abuse not being dealt with. If we had 10 bank robberies each day, police will do anything to stop it. What about children????
64 yrs ago my mother begged the courts help to save a badly beaten baby often hospitilised due to my fathers drunken violence.The court decided it was in my best interest for the beatings to continue & they did. I see nothing has changed. Sadly children are still at the mercy of well meaning fools who base reality on pages of books. How many scars,deaths, lives wrecked by fear must be endured before our SUPOSED protectors stop this & say enough. Yes Im Angry, but I lived,so many havent.

This cycles teaches girls to choose abusive bfs/husbands; boys to act out like their dads so that they think they have some control. It is incredible the way these court judges think, but if you research, you will learn where the conditioning of patriarchal judges is coming from.
Court officers are too scared to challenge the abusers.
Many abusers are psychopaths and can play the victim role so very well.
As a professional, I was horrified to learn the truth of what goes on in secret courts.
