By Lupe I would say both of his albums The Cool and Food & Liquor. his 3rd album Lasers is good but it has a very mainstream feel. his first 2 are better.

as for B.o.B - No Genre is without a doubt his best mixtape/album. his other CD called B.o.B vs Bobby Ray is great too. he sings, raps, plays guitar AND piano. very talented.
