edward burrows carries that choir 0.47 i remember his years ago in midnight mass i saw he lead the choir at st pauls, without him i dont think it would be successfull, i lost contact with him years ago, still mates with anthony way but have no idea what happened to him
This is very lovely, but please see the film "Sleep Furiously" 2008. In it the Welsh choir (unseen) the setting and the the visuals add up to breathtaking beauty
How beautiful and perfect in all aspects. Thank you for including the text and the connection to Coleridge! Do you guys who upload all these things on Youtube realise how much joy and education you bring to others? Amazing!!!!!
I must learn to upload and perhaps I can contribute some too?
There name is "Boys Air Choir". They were an ensamble group with choristers from St Pauls and a few other cathedrals. Unfortuantly they aren't around anymore.
This is the best version ever. Connor's voice is soaring like a bird in flight.

Astoundingly gorgeous in every way. Thank you so much for posting this exquisite piece sung by equally exquisite choristers.

The lake lay blue below the hill.
O'er it, as I looked, there flew
Across the waters, cold and still,
A bird whose wings were palest blue.
The sky above was blue at last,
The sky beneath me blue in blue.
A moment, ere the bird had passed,
It caught his image as he flew.
