  • THERE WAS MY FATHEEEEEEEEERERRRR :D:D:D fuck yeah!!! \m/

  • WTF only one member of Sabbath ????

  • Could somebody teach me how to play this version of the solo?

  • Great solo!!!!

  • I like at the end when Cozy f'd up and they all had a laugh about it. Having fun is what it's all about, even for rock stars.

  • Black sabbath were great. But come on we all have our fav i love ozzy he is a crazy as a front man. Dio brillant his voice awesome. Tony Martin especially falling of the edge of the world his version. Both Ray Gillen and Ian Gillan brought there own talent to sabbath.Glen Hughes not one of my fav but i like him with sabbath. Dave Donato and Dave Walker cant comment much as Donanto is not a great vocalist to me Walker bit bluesey but good. That my version but what do i know

  • Wow what's with the short words man?... xD No one can sing this like Ozzy

  • @SoreEyeMusic totally agree

  • I like all the vocalists, Tony Martin included.

  • Ozzy !!! Not Dio ...

  • @LilWayneMetalGod Don't eat shit,troll!!!

  • Tony Martin got the best voice of Sabbath. Ozzy the best performance, and the most charismatic.

If we mix Ozzy with Martin, we got a perfect Sabbath frontman.

  • HE KNOW RUSSIA

ТОНИ МАРТИН - СИЛЬНО РАЗНОСТОРОННИЙ В ЛЮБОМ СЛУЧАЕ ПРОФ ВОКАЛ

  • this singer is bad

  • black sabbath with out ozzy its not black sabbath!! OZZY=GOD

  • TONY LIKE DIO PERFOMED THIS SONG

    BUT DIO BETTER

GILIANE AS OZZY BUT MORE PROF

    BUT OZZY MORE ROCKNROLL/////////////////

  • Ozzy more better =))))

  • Shame Tony is so overlooked...

  • It's TM trying imitate Dio singing Paranoid. But sounds is great.

  • the title of this video is very ironic,

when you see the year ;D

  • Fact Tony is better then ozzy and so is Dio

  • Tony never tried to imitate Ozzy. Ozzy does all kinds of crazy stuff on stage. Tony concentrates on his massive high octaves and strong vocal cords to keep up with Micheals high scales on lead guitar. Ozzy did a show and a rebelious act, but Tony brings the Opera to the Metal stage perfectly. hail metal \m/

  • I just love the part from 2:00 \m/

  • It will always be terribly hard to fill the shoes of Ozzy Osbourne and the legendary Ronnie James Dio, but if anyone can, Tony Martin is the man...

  • black sabbath = tony iommi/ geezer butler/ bill ward /ozzy

  • @geezereadgbe no dude just no tony iommi gezzer butler yes but not ozzy or bill ward

  • @956crazyman19 not bill ward or ozzy? dont you know man geezer iommi bill ward and ozzy started heavy metal they are black sabbath.

  • @geezereadgbe nope tony iommi and geezer wrote mostly every thing until dio came along

  • @956crazyman19 iommi wrote the riffs geezer wrote almost all the lyrics bill ward invented that bad ass style of drumming and noone sings like ozzy. dio is black sabbath too ,but dude come on crazyman.

  • @geezereadgbe yeah i like ozzy but dio's voice is a hell of alot better

  • and people piss their panties about Guns n Roses not being Guns n Roses but Axl n friends. Then wtf is this.....same situation but regardless its still Black Sabbath

  • With a shaved head Tony Martin looks like Rob Halford.

  • 0:32 to 0:34 Tony Iommi Smiling!

  • Amazing, best version of Paranoid!!!

  • Tony is Epic... But this is NOT Black Sabbath. It's Toni Iommi and friends.....

  • Tony Martin is GREAT!!! ;]

  • I do not know why but I like Sabbath with Tony just as much as Ozzy or Dio. He just is great

  • Great solo.

  • Tony Martin did a great version!!!!!

  • dont get me wrong tony martin is a great singer...but he doesnt have the evilness.

  • my dear friends you are absolutely wrong..Tony Martin is one of the best vocalists!!why you act like this agaist him and why you don't see more clear without fanatic attitude?????

  • Epic fail . dont fit to Black Sabbath like alle the other singers, the one and only for Black Sabbath is Ozzy !

  • I'm sorry to ask this but who the fuck is Tony Martain

  • @darkdemon666ify lol....funny I was thinking the same thing, then read your comment. I also see 1989 being the date this was recorded - soon after ronnie james dio was their lead sing - I think this guy was trying to sound a bit like him. He was okay, but no RJD OR Ozzy for that matter.

  • i hate to say this i rrly do. but i dont like this sabbath. No ozzy No dio No buttler? No bill ward? this is only a cover band if u ask me. sorry tony Iommi

  • singer = dio wannabe, but he's too tall. and sucks.

  • I saw Tony Martin with a band call wholelottalove in worthing brilliant night

  • sound much like DIO

  • i like tony his voice

    it fits with the song

  • Long live dio and Tony

  • ozzy is the king....that is only truth

  • Tony Martin you are the best, beautiful powerful voice.

  • Black Sabbath, говорите, а где Оззи?! Некошерно как - то((

  • Actually that was a horrible rendition

  • Wich band is the singer from?

  • @hallbergjonatan AFAIK he was a complete nobody when rush-hired in 1987

  • this is the wortst line-up they had, really. Gezzer on bass and Ozzy or DIO on vocals, hell yeah!

  • I didn't care much for Tony Martin : /

  • Who the heck is this dude?... he sings the words like they had 1 letter in them! xD Ozzy Osbourne is missed in Black Sabbath that's for sure... :S

  • why couldn't martin sing in this like he usually does? it's horrible that he tries so hard to imitate dio...

  • Cozy Powell and Neil Murray

  • Is Tony Martin Dio?

I sense ALOT of Dio influence

  • sounds ALOT like dio

  • @tlstark96 thank you my friends are dio fans and they got all angry because i said he had a slight dio like sound for example THE HEADLESS CROSS he sounds like dio listen to it :)

  • I sense a heavy Dio influence.

  • @EurynomusBH Yup....He is trying to sound like Dio...And he is not too bad!

  • after listening to Headless Cross 50 times, i warmed up to his vocals, i was so use to hearing Ozzy and Dio sing , and never even heard of this guy, pretty cool actualy

  • Tonys (Martin) actually OK. Hes trying too much though. Id love to see Geez&Iommi(&Vinnie) still, after Dio died. Dont know shit about Martin and stuff, but hoping that`d be the guy with them? Dont care about ozzy.

  • DIO>This Guy

  • @ozzman123 Tony Martin is one excellent singing!

  • @ozzman123 I've gotta be the only person who thinks this but I might as well say it:

Tony Martin is the best sabbath singer.

  • I agree!!!

  • @Whackooyzero

I'm a huge DIO fan but I'm with you man, he is definitely kicks ass. I actually think he sounds a little like a mix between David Coverdale and DIO from time to time and it amazing! I also think he should do a DIO tribute haha

  • @Whackooyzero Shhh don't tell anyone but he's my favorite of the Sabbath singers also.

  • Martin better voice than Ozzy but Ronnie James Dio rules.

Ozzy worst voice but better performer than Martin who is the worst among all.

He seems like a drunk marionette here...!

  • @francescobaraldi

May dio rest in peace. \m/

    justine bieber killed dio....

  • martin is not a good front man for sabbath, no energy like DIO or Ozzy. He makes himself look like a fill in.

  • In my opinion Sabbath is Sabbath when Bill Ward, Geezer and Iommi are together, the vocalist is irrelevant.

  • @1x1pur31x1 if the vocalist is irrelevant to you, you have no opinion about anything.

  • @loknloll Sorry? So because I couldn't give a flying fuck which of the great vocalists are performing I have no opinion? I prefer Ozzy as frontman by far, I grew up listening to him with Sabbath but this constant shit spewing from everyone about which one is better is tiresome to say the least, when all is said is done, whether it's Ozzy, Dio, Gillan or Tony they're still a brilliant band. Get off your high horse mate.

  • @1x1pur31x1 i didn't mean it as a poke at you... it just seemed like a soft thing to say. but here now you've said you prefer ozzy as a frontman. i agree. but even if i didn't, i like that you've now expressed an opinion. i wasn't trying to be a dick. and i don't even have a horse. cheers.

  • @randy7952: nobody trys to imitate ozzy and also tony doesnt. so shut the fuck up idiot, tony is technically so much better than ozzy

  • @loouuni no doubt, technically, tony is better than ozzy. but this is, technically, unlistenable.

there is something called an x factor. ozzy has it. 3 other sabbath singers and millions of others do not.

why does everyone know WarPigs, Paranoid, Iron Man, Black Sabbath, Faries Wear Boots, Sweet Leaf, Children of The Grave, Sabbra Cadabra, Symptom of the Universe?

and no one can name a single track after ozzy left the band? Neon Knights....ok, and then?....

  • @loknloll "and no one can name a single track after ozzy left the band? Neon Knights....ok, and then?...."

Not because of Ozzy but because that was their classic era.

Ozzy was an amusing dick but nothing more. I liked him too though he later got rubbish.

  • @antiglobe what are you saying? nothing to do with ozzy? like ozzy wasn't a component in their classic era? you're so fucking stupid, you should close your account and take out a lease on a studio apartment in your moms ass.

  • @loknloll Ozzy did not do too much for Sabbath. Did not write a single song. Wrote almost no lyrics. Did not play any instruments. He sang all right in the early days but nothing spectacular like a Gillan or Dickinson. He was a cool guy for sure but Sabbath would have been great with another singer too.

  • @antiglobe that's like saying jim morrison did nothing for the doors. whether geezer butler or lee kerslake wrote the lyrics, ozzy's tone, inflection and pure honesty made them what they were. reading a poem is one thing. letting ozzy osbourne sing it turns it entirely into another thng. sabbath wouldn't have crawled out of birmingham without ozzy. they would have been another heavy seventies band from england, with no real notoriety.

  • @loknloll Maybe. We can't know. For me Sabbath is an Iommi/Butler band anyway.

  • @antiglobe interesting. for me (even though i love ward and butler) sabbath is ozzy/iommi.

  • @loknloll Yea, what he said! =) still pretty good though... Sabbath were so amazing live!... and I saw them in 04.. They were the best band at OZZFEST hands down.. The first..... the best DOOM METAL ever.. The original B.S.

  • @loouuni are trippin he's better than ozzy what the fuck u on NOT sayin this guy aint good but come on.

  • @loouuni

This may sound odd but the youth minister at the church I go to can pull off a great Ozzy impersonation. It's just a tad deeper. His Dio is almost flawless.

  • @loouuni I disagree but you have the the right to your opinion but TONY IS FUICKING EPIC!!!! no denying that and in no way copying ozzy.

  • @loouuni Yes he is. But this song fits with Ozzy's odd voice, not for technically well-prepared voices like Tony's or Dio's. Black Sabbath with Ozzy is an unique band. With other vocalists, it's just another metal band among many others that appeared in the 80's. Though I love Dio's work too, I still think Sabbath is Sabbath with Ozzy only. As for Tony Martin, I just say I respect him... but his voice really doesn't please me and the albums he did with sabbath are extremely weak.

  • @Qodaet

hm you're right with sabbath is an unique band with ozzy but what you say about the albums with tony martin i totally disagree. the albums he did with sabbath are weak? sry dude, but that's not true..i mean ozzy and dio also did weak albums (just if you compare, in my opinion not one sabbath album is really really weak!!), like never say die, dehumanizer etc. tony's work with sabbath is great, you cant say they are extremely weak. i mean headless cross, tyr...weak? no man, great stuff!

  • @loouuni Perhaps I used the term "extremely weak" wrongly. My favourite BS albums are the first six ones (from Black Sabbath to Sabotage); Technical Ecstasy and Never Say Die are weak in my opinion, despite the fact that I prefer the Ozzy era (any album with Dio are far better than both). as for Tony's voice, It doesn't please me (but I know he has good skills), or at least it doesn't fit Sabbath in my opinion. There are some songs I like though (Devil and Daughter and Valhalla, for example).

  • @loouuni My opinion can change with time, though. I used to hate Iron Maiden's Blaze Bayley era but now I like it.

  • @Qodaet

hehe i dont listen to maiden but yeah, maybe you will change your opinion. dont get me wrong, i respect your opinion, but tony's work with sabbath is "extremely weak" just isnt true ;)

  • @loouuni actually, tony is trying to imitate dio

  • @loouuni fuck u piece of shit, ozzy paranoid sounds much better than this shit, LAN GILLAN SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE WHO IS TRYING TO SHIT

  • is there ever a YT video of this dio-impersonator singing NIB?

  • Tony Martin is technically the best vocalist to ever sing with Sabbath. The melody of this song is too simple for Tony, that's the only reason he doesn't sound great on it. He can sing everything else well.

  • @j800r true but to me Tony Martin is the quintessential Sabbath. This song was considered filler.

  • he sucks on this song, acts like he's imitating ozzy wid the clapping and whats up with that ?

  • You must hear the Tony Martin's 2005 album SCREAM, it's a masterpiece...

Deben escuchar el álbum de 2005 de Tony Martin SCREAM, es una obra maestra...

  • Faggot! Ozzy, ajnd no one else! Yes he may be a mockery by now, but thisz song should not be done by any fucking stand-in!

  • I was wandering how he's doing ozzy's stuff - and you know what? He do it well!

  • Gotta say, I didn't expect much with Tony Martin. He looks like a douchebag with that mullet. But Damn! He really pulled it off. It's the best Sabbath cover band with an original member!

  • @erinmichaelfinney agreed

  • コージーの変顔www

  • POWERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Not bad!

I ignorantly ignored those years of Sabbath back then.

  • love these guys...they rock

  • Black Sabbath = Tony Iommi

  • @BreakingGlass77 Now theres someone that got it! Though I rather Dio, not him nor Ozzy are Black Sabbath. Not even Geezer, but Tony Iommi

  • @Fyn689 hell yeah! i was going to write the same

  • @BreakingGlass77 Why don't you have more votes. Iommi is Sabbath!

  • Comment removed

  • @BreakingGlass77 but at this time it's: Black Sabbath = 2/5 Tony

  • Comment removed

  • This is good, but as far as I'm concerned, when a band has only one of its original members left, it isn't that band any more and the name should be changed.

  • woah, is that Travis Tritt on vocals? hehe

  • @veriteez nah,,this guy actually has talent lol

  • @veriteez Haha... Thats funny as hell. good one !

  • e morto un mito...... Ronnie dei Black Sabbath.....

  • THIS.MUSTACHE.OWNS.YOU:BRUTALY.

  • cool..The Tony Iommi Project..

  • Martin = Underrated and Iommi = WAY more amazing in the 80s when he learned timing and solo composition. This soloing was awesome, way better than his early work

  • @sixstringswalker I completely agree. 80's Sabbath produced the best metal ever. Albums like H&H, Eternal Idol, Mob Rules, Born Again, Tyr, etc. Each album was different and Tony's solo's were absolutely wicked during that period.

  • im sorry but.. this aint sabbath..

  • No lo hace mal el Marti, obviamente creo que la mayoría preferiríamos al buen Ozzy.

Je, además se parece al Buki (o como sea que se escriba)

  • It sounds to me that Tony tried to use a lower register so he wouldn't oversing this, but I'm not sure it worked so well. It's not so bad as some I've heard before, but Ozzy makes the character portrayed in the song TRULY sound insane! :)

  • Cozy Powell on drums, simply awesome.

  • This isn't even Sabbath....its fucking Iommi's solo band at best......

  • martin is a good man , but sabbath without ozzy isn´t sabbath

  • Martin did a great job on it, very underrated singer. And Iommi is god.

  • i have to say i like dio and tony more than ozzy. ozzy is also a good guy but i don't like his style of singing so much. he's a doomlike and "dark" singer, the other ones are very nice heavy metal singers and sabbath IS a heavy metal band and in my opinion the sining of martin and dio seem better with this style of music.

  • Honestly, he sounds a lot like Dio does on this song. It's good, but not as good as the version with Ozzy on vocals. I'll bet Martin was about a million times easier to work with than Ozzy, though.

  • I think the Sabs were struggeling these days, but Tony Martin does a very decent job.

  • no one can be ozzy...tallicA

  • no one can be ozzy...

  • Check out me covering this wonderful song on my channel !=)

    Thanks )

  • Yes but Ozzy can't do much else but sing his era stuff . Tony Martin could sing the Dio era and his own songs with the band . Tony M. is more well rounded .

  • i like his hair

  • ozzy is way better than this singer

  • standing ovation for Tony Martin. Fantastic singer!

  • he reminds me dio singing paranoid abit (at the beginning)

  • The truth is most of the later guys were far better singers then Ozzy(Dio,Hughs, Martin, Gillen ect), however none of them could get this right. Think of Ozzy singing The headless Cross?! That would be funny......

  • actually Ian Gillan did a pretty damn good job, probably the best vocalist second to ozzy to sing paranoid

  • I can understand tryin to continue the band (at the time) with Dio but this guy was never that good honestly

  • it sux without ozzy

  • bad singing

  • @tiborhegedus exacly

  • It was a sad day when Ozzy left Sabbath and this non Ozzy version proves it...

  • amazingly paranoid is the only track i think Dio sucks at too and Tony Martin is having problems with it too. It only seems to suit Ozzy so i agree with tylerSE01

  • @rainbowcatcher666 Tony Martin is far better at doing Paranoid than DIo is

  • Horrible solo.

  • wasent geezer with ozzy's no rest for the wicked tour here?

  • @plants305 yes

  • isn that kinda ironic? a sabbath member leaves to go play with another sabbath member's solo band?

  • das ist so schlecht ohne ozzy-.-

  • I think that you should see the different singers as differents bands. Tony Martin was a really good metal singer and it doesn´t matter who is better than another. This Sabbath was amazing, don´t forget that Cozy Powell was one of the greatest rock drummers.

  • @maurus28777

for sure! that was seriously awesome!

  • I can't believe my mom was on that gig

  • he sucks, ozzy is better 10 times.

  • @Sierpor

He doesn't suck, he's got an amazing voice but I do like this song much better with Ozzy!

  • Tony Martin is great in the studio and live wow he's even better
