Are the people inside the restaurant smoking ? she have watery eyes,she might be allergic to the air pollution inside the restaurant,or allergic to heavy cologne that irritate her throat,or simply she just sleepy performing late into the night,it could affect her voice,restaurant and bar that allow smoking,i don't ever go in,it stink !!

naw, there's no smoke. She's probably didn't feel well that day. In California, state law prohibit smoking inside the restaurant. Beside Chhim Sreyneang, Chhom Nimol still my favorite!
