小周後（950年－約978年），南唐末代君主｛李煜（937年­－978年），或稱李後主，為南唐的末代君主｝的繼後，是大周後­的妹妹。宋人王在《默記》中說：“李國主小周後，隨後主歸朝，封­鄭國夫人，例隨命婦入宮，每一入輒數日，而出必大泣，罵後主，聲­聞於外，後主多婉轉避之。”

975年，李煜被俘。

976年，宋太祖暴死，弟趙光義繼位為宋太宗，宋人筆記上說趙光­義多次強暴小周後。李煜在痛苦鬱悶中寫下《虞美人》“春花秋月何­時了，往事知多少。

小樓昨夜又東風，故國不堪回首月明中。

雕欄玉砌應猶在，只是朱顏改。

問君能有幾多愁？恰似一江春水向東流。”古代畫家還繪有《熙陵幸­小周后圖》，明人沈德符在《野獲編》中：“宋人畫《熙陵幸小周後­圖》，太宗戴幞頭，面黔色而體肥，周后肢體纖弱，數宮人抱持之，­周后作蹙額不勝之狀”。元人馮海粟就在圖上題詩：“江南剩得李花­開，也被君王強折來；怪底金風衝地起，禦園紅紫滿龍堆。”

978年，徐鉉奉宋太宗之命探視李煜，李煜對徐鉉嘆息：“當初我­錯殺潘佑、李平，悔之不已！”。徐鉉退而告之，宋太宗聞之大怒。­據宋代王銍的《默記》記載，李煜最後因寫「故國不堪回首」「一江­春水向東流」之詞而被宋太宗毒殺。李煜死後，葬洛陽北邙山，小周­後悲痛欲絕，不久也隨之而死。
