You seems to be a good sister since you managed to motivate her to do some dancing. She needs the exercise.

I am sure she has many good qualities but if you find out WHY she eats so much junk food then you would be HELPING her a lot.

Be a good example for her - eat you vegetables but more importantly help her develop HEALTHY eating.

I know, perhaps, sounds lame but I was fat as a child and that was getting on the way of being popular&happy.

Perhaps your constant energy overwhelms her?or not?
