Ah, this is actually a slightly confusing problem.

I'm guessing you have the US version? As far as I know, obtaining another Makai Wars through legal means in that one isn't possible. But in the EU version, it's possible to get another one by beating Baal again... if I recall correctly.

I heard that there's a glitch you can use to duplicate equipment, so maybe you could use that to get another Makai Wars, but... I'm not entirely sure how that glitch works myself, sorry. :|

@RaiceaAndrei11 That's with Specialists, right? Because the base stats for the Usagi's Journal are 1500 in SP, INT and RES while Kitty Ears have 1000 in these three stats, and the SRS has... 1000 in everything but HP and DEF, which are 2000 and 4200 respectively.

Specialists would naturally increase these stats beyond their standard stats, so that'd explain the discrepancy.

"Use" = entering the subpoena to reach the bailiff.

It's been a while since I played the game, so I'm not sure what happened once you do that, but I think they either disappeared or just lost their bailiff. Guess it was the latter. So... just sell 'em. Can't do anything with 'em anymore after that.

Huh... never heard that before. You CAN transfer the bailiff before actually entering the item so the floors you need to go through to reach the bailiff aren't completely wasted, if I recall correctly, but I don't think it's possible to make use of a bailiff twice. o_O;

What I do is transfer the bailiff to another item before I go through the item world, so that the +levels arnt wasted.

Beep, you can get more than one Makai Wars, at least in the European version. I've heard mixed things about the US version - some say it works, some say it doesn't. But you can get multiple in the EU version if you do multiple playthroughs.

And Prinny Baal + stronger enemies +the increased stats from battling Prinny Baal pirates + Land of Carnage is still prettty weak if you level enough. Laharl took him out in one hit after being buffed by my healer squad...

Secondly, Prior has a base level of 500

Prinny Baal has a base level of 8000, and 30 million health before LOC and Stronger Enemies

The only way i beat him was with Adell lvl 9999 and equipped with Manaki Wars, Felicitation, God's Hand, Arcadia, all having been fully lvled in the item world (although only to around lvl 110-130, couldnt be arsed to get perfect items)

It is way harder than Prier

Have you tried reincarnating Adell a few times? Laharl can one-or twoshot normal Prinny Baal in the Land of Carnage even without buffs in my game, IIRC. It's been a while since I played it, so I'm not 100% sure on that.

Giving PB as many buffs as possible is pretty fun, though. Definitely more of a challenge than Prier, too. Stronger enemies bills, LoC, x4 stat bonus from beating the Prinny Baal pirates... It's a neat challenge at first~

Oh, so you're pretty close to how often I reincarnated Laharl. Do you always focus on one stat until it's maxed out, or do you put points in multiple stats at once? Focusing on attack only until that's maxed out made it pretty easy for my Laharl to dish out high ammounts of damage.

...That Prinny God idea sounds like fun, though. Might have to try that one, hehe. Never even thought of it <_<

Level 200, eh? Well, remember the map with the cat demon enemies? (The name escapes me right now...)

If you wait for them to level up as high as they can while you're still able to beat them, you can get a nice bit of EXP.

Once that doesn't help much anymore, and you have access to the Land of Carnage, go to the Cave of Ordeals 4 there. It's definitly the best map for leveling once you can take the enemies there out in one hit.

Most extra stages can be unlocked by passing the respective bill in the Dark Assembly - although most of them have extra conditions such as being on at least your second playthrough, having a certain ammount of mana, or using a specific type of cellphone multiple times.

You can find more detailed requirements for each extra stage on sites like GameFAQs, so I'd recommend checking these sites~

O_O That's Priere, At this point I really don't think I can beat her, the best people I have on my team right now are Adell with 600k attack, and around 300k defense, plus a female warrior with a level 200 Yoshitsuna, and her attack is at 1.5k. It took me around 5 reincarnations just to get both there.

Actually, it doesn't take THAT long. If you just use the Triple EXP bill and level in, say, the Cave of Ordeals 4 in the Land of Carnage, you can get a few Level 9999ers within just a few hours. You just need to be patient, that's all.

To get there, collect the different maps that the Item World pirates drop. There's around 16. Once you get 'em all, talk to the Gunner in Holt and he'll let you use his ship to get to the Land of Carnage~

There's really no trick, except for remembering that certain pirates only show up in higher floors, like X and Red. Equipping the maps on junk characters that you don't use helps - they increase the encounter rate by a bit.

...Okay, I'll be honest here. The Level 99 attacks were gotten using cheats, but I usually try not to use the characters with 'em. Makes things too easy.

Not everything's legendary, though. I have some rare/common items as well. Although I do try to steal legendary items from enemies if possible, especially Rank 39/38ers. And stuff like Makai Wars and Usagi's Journal is always legendary.

As for the mage... Let's just say I wanted to try something different. ^_^

You can get one Makai Wars per playthrough, as long as you defeat normal Baal at least once.

Try doing some research before accusing someone of hacking/cheating.

Usagi's Journal is an item you get for beating the Dark World 100%(as in, unlocking and clearing every stage). It raises INT quite a bit, although less than the Makai Wars, I believe. I'd have to check again... >_>;

Just checked - it raises SP by 1500, INT by 1500 and RES by 1500. These are the base stats, though... leveling it up and adding specialists helps~
