I own a Peugeot and have to tell that it's the worst car I ever had.
Every few weeks confronted with some problems. As I tried to apply a new light bulb (nearly as difficult as a one hand stand) I managed to tear off the light bulb holder, which is only pressed in loosely . To fix that problem I had to remove the front bumper and the fender.
I cannot tell you guys which car to buy, but I advise you not to buy a peugeot.
I own a Peugeot 307 1.6 16v year 2007 and no problems wit car at all in 3years.308 is new car and wit new car come new baby problems :) .

I had less problems for 4 years or so, and then the tragedy started.
One part felt apart after another. I'm wondering when the repair costs will exceed the price I paid for that car.
I hope you will be more lucky with that car then I've been so far.
