It would help if he lifted his knees more. Also, he 4 steps between each hurdle when he should be 3 stepping, but that may have been him just giving up since he was going to lose anyways

this didnt happen in portugal it happen at central state at the upwarbound olympics i thomas mills was in lane $ i di d get a good start but was wearing the wrong shoes they were call bum likke kswiss i didnt jump in time for the hurdle. and sleid i got the mark on my right arm to prove it. i did fnish the race wasnt about to walk off the track a fuck up and loser.
