The rail guns did good job in Italy in the allied Operation Husky. American troops needs nearly 4 weeks to take out the German heavy artillery.

Remeber that history is always written by the winners of war. A lot of the underlying causes of WW2 have been left out of the history books because they are embarrassing to the Allied Powers and the banking elites who make fortunes during wars. At the end of WW2, when the Russians took German prisoners, they took a certain German officer, and down in their prison, at one point in time he acted like their commanding officer, and they listened to him. That's how sad the Russian military was, they couldn't even distinguish between a German or Russian officer at the time, apparently. Hell, read up on the K-9 Widowmaker. Hitler, the genius himself, had gone criminally insane, years, before this, and ended up comitting suicide, leaving the German army in a frantic state, completely vulnerable. The rail guns did good job in Italy in the allied Operation Husky. American troops needs nearly 4 weeks to take out the German heavy artillery.
If you need someone was good at bombing you can chose the USA but nobody was better into today in ground combat and artillerie bombing as germany since World War 1

Remeber that history is always written by the winners of war. A lot of the underlying causes of WW2 have been left out of the history books because they are embarrassing to the Allied Powers and the banking elites who make fortunes during wars. The bottom line is that Germany wasn't always the "bad guy". Hitler killed far fewer people than our "ally" Stalin. Search the net. Find out some real history.

The German Electrik U-Boats that came out at the end of the war were extremely quiet and had snorkeling equipment. The Russians were using the design of these submarines up into the 1970s. They even modified some of these submarines to carry balistic missles.

The B-2 bomber is based on the stealth design concepts of the Horton 229 (another German jet operating at the end of the war). Captured 229s were stored in a top secret hanger at Langley Field Virginia until the mid-eighties when the United States started unveiling their stealth technology. German tank designs were way ahead of the Allied designs. Only the Russian T-34 could compete with it and only becasue the tread was wider which allowed better travel over Russian snow.

As far as conventional weaponry goes the Allies had nothing close to what the Germans had. To list just a few they had operational jet and rocket aircraft like the ME163, ME262 and AR234. They had the V1 and V2 missles. The Germans had the world's first assault rifle, the STG44.

There have only been two armies in history that have fought on with casualty rates approaching fifty percent. Both those armies wore gray. Why don't use your brains before repeating old stupid myths? In 1941-42 it was the Germans who ganged up together with 8 other Axis countries against the USSSR - and lost badly. in 1942 the Axis had a lot more combined economic and military power than the Soviet Union but the Soviets fought a lot harder and won.

The only reason they were beaten was for the same reason as Napoleon. You don't fight the Russians in winter. The Germans pushed all the way to Stalengrad and were so close to taking Moscow that Stalin made arraingements to abandon Moscow. If Germany was not fighting on other fronts they would have won. As stated, it took the rest of the world to beat them. Maybe you should study history before calling others stupid. Russia lost 12,000,000 people. Attrition and weather is what saved Russia.
