Ackk! It sounds like different moisture contents of dissimilar woods. Gotta be sure that your material is dry when laminating (a challenge in the tropics). It is benevolent of Tony not to mention the name of the router bit company. I sure hope it isn't a certain North Carolina manufacturer. I'm watching with great interest Virgil. Great stuff.
@kiaweking Hi Thomas! Yeah, he bought the bit at Harbor Freight - like he said though, he was pushing it probably too much - my guess is that he should have been using a larger bit and just using the small one for the tight corners ;) We have the moisture thing down now !!!
