Its called ribbon heart. You guys can use ballon ribbons for this. I did it and the heart came out perfectly;) I recommend buying them at the dollar store much cheaper too!
The ribbon you can get on ebay, type in Origami Double Satin.... The lady who sells it is violinist4ever. She sells alot of the colors. It's made in Japan, has a blue label and is P.P. Ribbon. 50 meters. Check it out.
