Guys, I need your help and advice. Next summer vacs I'm in Ohio and I'm so scared of rollercoasters and pretty much 97% of my family too. Nut my best friend has 3 friends who are 19, 21 and 22 and they will drag and force me to everything in Cedar Point. For lots of you it might sound awesome but I'm already worried as fuck. Help please??

@DLemre rollercoasters are not scary at all! I think if you at least tried one you would like it. Thousands of people go on it a day. I'm pretty sure you would regret it if you lived your life without going on a big roller coaster. Don't you want to try it?!?

@DLemre There are plenty of other things for you to do besides ride rollercoasters. If you really are that afraid, don't go on them. Simple as that. I personally love roller coasters, but I refuse to get on rides that drop you from ridiculous heights and go up and down (like drop zone). I have had friends who try to force me to ride them, like you said about your friends, but I firmly tell them no. Make it be your decision if you want to ride a rollercoaster.

@DLemre start out with the smallest coaster and then eventually keep moving on to the bigger ones. But dont take all the little rollercoasters cause really they're not as fun plus you wont be able to do all the coasters at Cedar Point in one day if it's busy so give your friends the chance to ride Maverick, Millenium Force and Top Thrill. Rollercoasters are awesome...it's like you're flying without gravity and with lots of speed while still being completely safe! You just gotta battle your fear.

@DLemre When you go there, break the ice and go on the Raptor. Its a great ride. I was in your position a few years ago. Its really not that bad. Like other people are saying, once you do it, you will be fine. You will walk out of there with a big smile on your face. After the raptor, try the mantis then go for the millennium. I personally still havent been on the top thrill yet. That thing scares the shit out of me haha. Good luck! Give it a try! your not going to die.

this ride is worth the wait in line... i love top thrill dragster but the ride only lasts 17seconds, this it quite a long run and alot of action with this ride never a dull moment
