Lady should have called the police to report a stolen vehicle. How does she know he is the repo man. Could have been a scam. And she could have him done for assault. FIGHT BACK PEOPLE!!!
Yeah...she probably deserved to loose the car...you have to pay for things....but I think it is probably not legal for a reposession agent to physically pull someone from their car. I don't think any physical contact is legal unless it is in self defense.

I'm pretty sure in just about all 50 states it's illegal to man handle people out of their vehicles. Even during a repo.
