yes. the graphics look basically the same as the original GC version, and just because it's a new console and much is expected, you give it a lower score. harsh.

p.s. aida side game is fucking awesome. in the original you only got to play the second disc of her story. AND NOW YOU GET TO PLAY THE GAME AGAIN. if one new anything of RE4, it'd be that anyone who likes it doesn't mind playing it a couple times after the first.

They already reviewed RE4 when it came out. They are reviewing the newest package, and it didn't add enough to justify a second purchase, despite the fact that it's still a good game. hence the 4. The fact that it is a re-release does reasonably warrant reflection of the series.

I find it funny how he says the difficulty was dialed down to accommodate the new controls. Feels like the exact opposite to me; the new controls work so well that the difficulty naturally went down. I was getting headshots left and right on the Wii edition.

Its only because they really didn't add anything at all to the game, other than the new controls. You didnt get any new costumes, no new weapons, no new characters in Merc Mode. So a 5 outta 5 aint bad.

Dont get me wrong, I am a die hard Resident Evil fan, but still, the gamecube and PS2 versions, yes a 5 is perfect, but this game is just basiclly a port, so a 4 outta 5 still aint bad at all

Actually, if you inflict enough damage to it, regardless of what weapon you use, you can kill it. For example, 4 or 5 shots with a magnum will kill it.
