Ok, 1st off, I want to say Thanks 4 sharing ur experience with all, & then I have to admit that I don't want to sound mean or rude to the doctor, you or any1, but I dunnow, I sort of find all the explanation (when the doctor talks about what is your best option) is sort of like a Telemarketer (In a way) That about well, this one is effective now in only one treatment (not as much money spent), & the other is not as good now but after several treatments is better (More money spent over time)

amazing difference i should say regardless of lighting.. in your condition .. definitely sculptra did wonders ... this is by far the BEST 'BEFORE and AFTER' viddeo i have seen.. and it happened to be a guy .... keep up updated coz in the years to come i am considering facial treatment as im pushing 50's already... thanks for the nice video ... u still have the appeal.. looking isnt a crime.. just a passion,...

I just had my second treatment... I am very pleased with the results... The wasting look was hard on my outlook. Glad I did, I have a few more treatments, but it's well worth it

it's really hard to see the actual results when the reveal is under such a bright light. Can you take a picture using the same conditions as your initial picture?

The before and after picture are not shot in the same lighting, this gives a different effect in the after shot. It's kind of a disappointment to someone trying to see true results and decide if this is the best step to take in their own life. However, I appreciate you sharing your story. Thanks.

I don't use lighting per se, but admit the "after" shoot was a very bright day two weeks later. I'm producing an update that shows me now, four months later, and hope to show it better.

Are you still  happy with the results? Did you have a problem with it balling up under the skin? I'm leaning towards having the procedure. I'm looking forward to seeing your update!

I am still happy with results; it doesn't feel as puffed out, it feels more natural, although after 5 months or so later I have lost some of the effect. Check out my video "Zombie on the morning news" and you can see what I look like as of 3 weeks ago. Later this month I will have a third treatment (3 were recommended initially but I was pleased after 2, so this is more of a freshening up).

I certainly wouldn't look at this guy and think "Yep, he's got AIDS". I feel like the doctor wasn't very encouraging in that respect. Most people would not draw those parallels right away. However, if it makes him feel better then that's all that matters.

I'm glad you didn't notice it, but for a lot of us with HIV, we know "the look" of facial wasting when we see it. Mine wasn't severe but I wanted to correct it anyway.

I've now had two treatments and will have one more next month. The results are terrific, I must agree!
