  • Awesome \m/

  • do you do that with weapon and webbing?

  • the tv show thats tough brought me here

  • i bet u cant do it 2 times in a row! lol jk! just watching that got me exhausted. that must be hell the first time u run the course!

  • do this bout a hundred times a day and ur ready for ninja warrior

  • @PCshenanigans Place in an NW event and you might be able to pass the physical to start BUDS.

  • ever been to the one on little creek? their weaver is pretty freaking tough

  • next time getter for cameraman someone who can follow you...!

  • slide for life is scary shit, man

  • Damn. The rope wall and the tower scare the hell out of me. I don't suppose you have any tips, seeing as seal's jump out of planes and such...?

  • @4andbelow

Rope Wall: Climb near the poles where the rope is stiff - like the rungs of a ladder. Going over: stay focused on the horizontal pole. Never take both hands off. Get a rythm going.

Tower, watch how I flip up. Use leverage on the 2x12 to roll up and onto the next platform. Going down - istructors might bitch at you if you go commando style (hang a leg) - too many sand-darts. You can use the guy in front of you to keep the rope steep.. just stay about 10 meters behind.

  • ..and if someone bails from the rope while you're on it.. HANG ON!

  • @bytetherapy is going down like that on the slide of life really difficult to keep balanced

  • @bytetherapy Thanks a ton man.

  • @4andbelow if you are going to bud/s you need to realize that absolutely none of this is performed in a vacuum. you will run (not walk) onto the course wet, sandy, smoked, and hurting, and there are also going to be other people all around you when you're doing this. i would actually suggest worrying more about the balance logs and rope swing. they look easy, but they will be the most affected by fatigue because your technique will suffer. practice and make sure you get those down.

  • @iowejf Thanks for the tip. Fortunately since I posted this I managed to grow the balls to put myself in situations like this until my fear of heights was gone. Now all I have to worry about is the fitness...

  • 2:30 LOOK at that long, slender, loiny body. He had no problems wobble-gating around that!

  • dam bro 6:18. im enlisted in marines, leave june 13 for boot. we did an obstacle coarse at fort indiantown gap once during the warrior challenge. it was 1/5 the size of this and i was pretty winded. it would take me 30 minutes to finish this shit.

  • @MassAxeMurderer Thanks Devildog. Keep in mind that this was probably the 200th time I ran this so I can do it with my eyes closed. I reckon it was the 1st time you hit the warrior challenge course. The key is efficiency - so you don't muscle-fuck your way through it. Good luck in Boot Camp and beyond.

  • @bytetherapy thanks man. and ya it wa smy first time. i loved it tho. gotta love a physical challenge. and what do u think of marine recon? im debating going for it

  • Holy!!!!!

    6:22!!!!!

    Amazing.

From what little I know anything under 10 is passable.

  • how do you do the huge tower with a really long rope climb once you reach the top. I can imagine myself doing all of these obstacle (extremely slow ofcourse) except for that one.

  • I want to build this so I have something else to do in my spare time. Haha

  • i can do this in 5 hours

  • The obsticles are 10 times harder than they look. This guy is one BAD dude.

  • Who compares Marines to Navy Seals? A normal non-SF against the most elite SF group in the world?! you're ignorant if you compare the two lol. But we do need Marines as well as other branches, duh lol. To compare though is just plain retarded.

  • damn, they should be the best warriors in the world

  • Pretty damn impressive... It looks fun as hell. Having never done it before it would probably take me twice as long.

  • LOL i typed in SEALO in the search engine which is my mate and bill on sealo came up, and bills my name LOL

  • damn, that was impressive!

  • That looks like a good time.

  • one elite Special Ops unit, is harder and tougher than the other. Point Blank. Jeff Kraus is the only man to attend US ARMY Ranger, ARMY Special Forces and NAVY SEAL training, and he himself said BUD/s was hands down the hardest of all the three. Again, great deal of respect for the Recon guys, but they are not up to the level of a SEAL, they just aren't. SEALs are the top lower tier special ops group falling a bit behind SAS and DELTA.

  • @SanJoseMA bullshit, SEAL's cannot fall under Delta and SAS, the SEAL's do everything if you forgot (SEA AIR LAND), Delta and SAS need different squadrons for each one, and if you forgot again, Delta had no maritime unit, thats why SEAL Team 6 was created

  • @CrazyHermit hey tough guy, I am DEFENDING THE SEALS. However, anyone who knows military, or anyone with a brain really, knows that DELTA handles much more sensitive info/missions than SEALs do. This is why DELTA sometimes hand-picks experienced SEALs, not the other way around.

  • God, where does someone get the balls to do this stuff. Haha, if you fall you might as well land on your head or you will be in some of the most serious pain.

  • dude was beast and made it look easy. most of it was technique so im sure that helped him a lot.

  • Is this course public? Or is it only for seals?

I doubt I would have a chance, but I train for anther obstacle course called "Ninja Warrior" and it would be really neat if I could try this sucker out (I'm in the SD area)

Any answer would be appreciated, thanks

  • its strictly navy seal O course at the coronado base. And its definitely hard as crap. My dads a SEAL and he had to train for months in advance before even trying to do it

  • this guy is probably a former navy seal.

seals can do that in like 1 second!

  • Ahhh, the tower at 3:40! It's a miracle anyone can make it up there after all that! No wonder they call it the Slide for Life!

  • are navy seals better than marines ??

  • frogs vs leathernecks: both the best in the world at what they do.

  • WE LOVE'M BOTH.

  • @bytetherapy I would argue that the seals are better trained due to them being special forces. Marines, although incredibly good at what they do, don't do the training that the Seals go through, but like you said, both are good at what they do.

  • yes

  • marines are a joke compared to seals

  • Go for a 10 mile run,12 mile Hump in full gear with your feet bleeding, hit the O-Course all up in the mountains at San Mateo,Camp Pendleton...Then run your mouth about Marines...Thanks for playing.

  • @woneddieton You're a funny guy. Marines are a far cry from a SEAL no matter how you look at it

  • @woneddieton I probably missed your previous posts, but I seriously hope you are not as stupid and uneducated to even consider the impossible, and unrealistic idea that an average Marine (a.k.a. average BASIC US troop) can even compare to a US NAVY SEAL in anyway, including their training.

  • No, obviously not the average troop,I am talking about Force,Batt. Recon, and CQB Marines....We worked with Frogs all the time from Little Creek....Great guys and we had respect for each other...We just wondered why they wouldn't train in the rain with us.

  • @woneddieton I know a couple of ex Force Recon guys, when it was known as FR...they are awesome, squared away guys, but I am not going to play the middle man here. Everyone always tries to follow the, "they are all equal" trend to avoid conflict, but the reality is, that is not true. US SPECIAL OPS are all highly trained, higly skilled warriors who have different functions and must work together in different capacity to get the job done, but there still lies the fact that in regards to training.

  • @woneddieton yeah thats degrading you can say what you want and keep your opinion to yourself. But by fact America's SEALs are the toughest branch of our military. Physically at least. like SanJoseMA said, they are spec ops and compared to SAS and LEGION maybe DELTA we arent the best. But within our country- SEALs are top of the food chain.

  • @cheesypuff800 The SEALs arent a branch....

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx

of course. marines are weak minded

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx - You can't compare, because they both do different jobs. If you want to surround/take over a city or town with force, call in the Marines. If you want to quietly assassinate the terrorist leader hiding in the city without anybody knowing what happened, call in the SEALs.

  • @Trevorthekid

    Talk about prophetic...

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx umm yes.. they have a much tougher and brutal job and training, but marines are still good

  • ive always thought seals were better just because they are the best like in my opinion best special forces group in the world

  • @tclaxer3

"I've always thought seals were better, just because they are the best"

there's some good logic for you. But yeah, they're definately at the top of the game. Delta Force might be better than your average seal though, and CIA SAD is probably the best in the world. The SAD recruits from Seal team six and delta force so....

  • @revoltingmexican what makes seal team 6 different from the others? i mean i know they all do different things but what do they do

  • @tclaxer3 ST6 (which probably isn't called that anymore, just like Delta Force is "the unit formerly known as delta force" now) Seal Team 6 is the navy's super high profile counter terrorist unit. They take on jobs that are internationally sensitive, but still visible. A great example would be the job they did on the Captain who got captured by somali pirates. Two boats bouncing in the waves, and the ST6 snipers had no problems taking out the pirates. Delta Force was the army's version.

  • But the CIA SAD is one notch above, I would wager. They recruit mostly from Delta Force, Army Rangers, and Seals / ST6. They do the jobs you never hear about, and I bet a lot of the "tourists" that end up in foreign jails and never get claimed are the SAD operators that got caught.

  • @revoltingmexican Ur almost right...SAD operators recruits heavily from Delta Force, Army SF and DEVGRU (formerly SEAL Team 6).....I like the comment about the "tourists" haha...SAD guys are the best of the best in the special operations community...

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx youre comparing apples to oranges, marines are the best in the world at conventional warfare when seals are arguably the best special forces/unconventional fighters in the world. the purpose of the two forces is completely different

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx Navy SEALs are Spec ops. Marines are your average troops. You can't compare cause they do different things. Like what bytetherapy said... Both are best at what they do.

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx yeah heaps better seals are pretty much special forces of the Navy Marines are just a more qualified army corps

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx Not trying to be a dick, but are you retarded?

  • @ReferToMeAsGod buddy im canadian i dont know much about whose better other than marines and seals kick CF ass

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx seals are way better actually. and im not being bias here, cuz army is my personal choice

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx Each branch is best at what the job entails them to do, but SEALs are better than Marines, but on the same playing field if you talken about USMC Recon or Force Recon

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx Bro it doesn't matter whos better we're all fighting for what we believe in. But obviously Seals is special forces so it's harder to get into.

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx Why ask that question? The Marine Corps is an entire branch of the military whereas the SEALs are a unit within the Navy. It's like comparing apples to oranges. Yeah, they're both really tasty, but one's an apple and one's an orange.

  • @TheLogan1156 that was a year ago , when i only knew shit from video games ,, i know now and im joining Marines after highschool , i no longer care who is better because everyone is fighting the same side , same COUNTRY . i know the seals are better they are a SPECIAL OPS group . that was a year ago , but thanks for replying anyways , i love to see peoples own perspective

  • @xXCutePuppy666Xx No problem. I am actually enlisting in the Marine Corps on July 1st. Oorah!

  • Man, he makes that looks easy.

  • yeah but how do you fit through those tiny gaps in the over and under things? they guys looks like he was getting stuck with out combat gear and combat gear makes you wider n stuff wouldn't u get stuck in between? lol

  • ummm if they go in with full combat gear... would they get stuck trying to fit through the triangle stairs over under....

  • sacura ur such a fucking retard. Its an O course, not a battlefield. STFU

  • i know that!!!

but they still train in battle gear!!!

  • Give me enough time to sus out the most efficient technique to negotiate it and I'll get close to his time with full combat gear on (i.e. webbing and loaded rifle)

  • lol

close to impossible in 6 min might take a few hours but yeah maybe in full combat armor....

  • It would take a lot of practice to match that time even without gear. Its way harder than it looks

  • I wasn't talking about his effort I was talking about the obstacle course itself.

  • Holy damn. that is intense. like wow. Those guys have some skills.

  • Pretty impressive.... still... I'd like to them go thru wearing body armour, full webbing and loaded rifle like we do here in Australia.

  • They do that also here in US SEAL training...just not in this video obviously. In 3rd phase of training they wear the full webbing and loaded rifle through the course.

  • What people dont get is exactly how damned fatigued your arms get mainly, theyre just dead and you have to keep holding, and they look at those little log jumps and laugh but they are there for a reason, your legs feel like you're wearing concrete boots and body armor by the end, you just have no wind in you...Power lifters and Body Builders are always talking crap on what they dont know, most couldnt do this course in 30 minutes, if they could even complete it.

    Hooyah

  • People like to shit about stuff they've never done.

  • @N1k1mon Ur absolutely right bro...I heard that a few years ago the guys at Coronado invited the San Diego Chargers to try out the o-course and over half the team could barely completely it...the strength and endurance of SEALs is pretty much unparalleled....HOOYAH!!!!

  • wow, amazing

  • that looks fun

  • crazy complete beast

  • Try doing that wet and sandy with water logged boots.

  • that was a loooooong o course

  • ke puto makinaa!!! =O

  • what if you fell off?

  • well then pal, you're fucked.

  • wow he´s fit

  • I did this O-Course today with some high school water polo teams. I was one of a few who was able to do all the obstacles without help. On the Cargo Net they wouldnt let us go to the top we had to go half way then climb back down. Then for the Dirty Name they wouldnt let us jump up to the highest log which is the third one. And for the The Slide For Life they wouldnt let us climb to the top of the tower and slide down the rope. They have a lower rope that goes from the first level. Lots of fun!!

  • that is so gay.. they had a net under the slide for life for a while because of too many sand darts.. then they put up that low rope. Im not sayin your gay.. I just dont like the fact that they lower standards.. I did it.. and I kept doin it into my forty's.. Your tellin me a 20 something cant get through the O course without getting dinged up?? Like I said... Its gay

  • Puting up safety nets isn't lowering standards sir. It does nothing to the degree of difficulty. It's only safety.

But I guess in the old days, everything was better right?

  • amazing time the most conditioned athletes in the world could have troubles with this course and you destroyed it

  • Holy hell!!!! That is incredible! And he ain't even hustling. Makes it look so simple! Wow.

  • That is bar none the hardest O course in the world and he made it look effort less.

  • wow... if you have ever done any type of obstacle course you will really appreciate how extreme this one is!

  • Very cool. I understand Lance Armstrong ran the course today. Bet he got a reality check!

    Go Lance! Go Seals!

  • this coarse is unreal, ETA 3 at camp lejuene has a pretty tough obstacale coarse as well. its called the beast

  • WOW. That course is intense. My favorite part is the huge lumbering tower that you have to climb up vetically by flipping over. That must be so freakin tiring.

  • That's an excellent time. After third phase, students have to do it in 10 minutes. Let's put things in perspective. Students are doing physical training all day long with very little breaks. The physical toll to do the O course after all that work can be challenging to meet that minimum requirement.

I wish I had the obstacle course in my backyard so I can do a quick workout every morning.

  • i wanna be a seal

  • i wanny try it out only i live in sweeden so its hard

  • Awesome, and bare in mind, a lot of people have problems negotiating the whole thing in 17 minutes, which is a minimum, Bill did it in 6 and a half.

  • The course looks different than when I was on it...

  • This guy is excellent!

    Way to go man!

  • and get this.. I think Ocourse records are in the 5's.. this guy did it in 6:21

  • Chuck Norris would do this ocourse in under 10 seconds.

  • Just ignore this taliban kid. All he wants to do is piss people off and see what kind of reactions he can get. Any threats or insults are just fueling him, so ignore him.

  • hahahha i love how hes pertending to be a muslim but is really some weird looking white guy, look at his profile. And TALIBANBOYOreturns please go take all your insults about the military and fly to Coronado, California and go tell them to a BUD/S class and their instructors and then watch your ass get beat

  • too bad the quality is poor, otherwise it would be awesome, and it could use some music...

  • Music, or just the regular sound to the video...

  • badass

  • yo taliban boi i will personally find u and beat the shit out of u if u think u gonna sit at a p,c and trash take Americas finest

  • A fag that hides behind anonymity?

Okay, message me your name and and address, and we'll see who's anonymous.

  • haha talibanboy good one fuck stain.

  • do they issue sunblock?

  • Dear taliban boy

    please die now

    sincerely, the universe.

  • TALIBAN you fucking pazie come over to say that to one of you fucking pussy your all tough shit in your house writing on the computer but you dont have the guts to say it to one of us so just stay at home and play computer games.i want you to say that see what happens my bet you'll be in a box in about 2days and 6ft under.my word is to run away little boy cause if someone takes this really offesive they will track you down and they we do something which i would not lik to be on thereceiving end

  • you're right. i'm nothing. I have to lie to women to get laid, and I don't score much. I got a little dick, it's pathetic.

  • I know he ran that to show how to do it, but whats the average time most guys run it?

  • well my seal motivator told me sub 10 minutes is good for 1st phase. im sure this guy is only making it look easy. its probably more difficult for someone who hasnt done it very much.

  • phase 3 minimum completion time of the 'O-course' is 10 minutes and 30 seconds. he does it in just over 6 minutes

  • He also didn't go through the undercrawl (just pointed at it), and he had the course to himself. It's slower when you have to wait on the person in front of you to finish the swinging bridge or get off the ropes. This was probably on a day he wasn't recovering from a 500 pushup / 500 situps penalty as well. Still a nice time though, and demonstrates the course nicely to BUD/S wannabes.

  • yep ninja

  • ninja

  • holy shit, that's a fast time on the o course

  • well no shit your not going to have cargo nets chilling out randomly throughout a battle field lol. the whole point is to build strength, endurance, mental/physical tenacity, etc...i'm sure you know this but thats obvious. 'ok cadet, your stationed in the cargo net field. you have a good chance of survival because of you indepth cargo net training. bin laden's beard will tangle on the nets. good luck!'......no

  • Ok...here's some advice. Cargo nets. He does it right...but many retards don't ever get how it's done. It's done like this: Imagine it's a rope for your hands and imagine it's a ladder for your feet. So next time you come by a cargo net...seriously though...cargo nets. Have you ever encountered a fucking cargo net EVER in your life? I don't even think cargo workers encounter cargo nets. I agree...pointless!!!

  • rope ladders? pretty much the same concept as cargo nets it is just impractical to have a bucnh of rope ladders lined up instead of lone large cargo net. how often do you encounter the slide for life?

  • LOL.. Remindes me of this guy. Former Force Recon Marine.. Went to the Army and Became a Greenie Beenie.. SF. Decided to cap it off with going to BUDS at 37 or 38 I think. The first time he ran the O Course he got to the Cargo nets and said to the instructor... "Theres no Cargo Nets in War". They dropped him and he was sent to SBT-12. Thats where I met him. Good dude.. and he was right..

  • tough guy huh?

  • omg that looks hard

  • northern soul this bloke

  • come on post something constructive and esoteric and do justice to the atheletic dude,i bet the guy had permission to post this..........there is a lot of atheletic dudes in the usa coz of survival of the fittist since the europeans invaded

  • Whoa waddafack? Canada and America are the two places in the world with the worst diabetes, obesity problems, hardened arteries and all that other jazz...most people over here don't even exercize an hour a day...

  • Maybe. But those who do go out and kick ass, really know how to do it.

  • i would love to try this course

  • whoa...cool.

  • I would be face down in the sand after the second or third obstacle!

  • SEALs r the shit. one thing that truly amazes me is how they climb that tower. its crazy

  • technique.. its all technique.. thats why people go to Pre-training. Its run by students that have completed hell week. They show the new students all the techniques that make the O course easier. Youde be surprised what a little mentoring on the O course can produce..

  • nice one

  • Awesome time.. made it look easy

  • there is you a obstacle course......try that shit.

  • french courses are tricky

  • viewed 2500 times commented twice

  • Damn, 6 min and 21 seconds. He just whipped the O-course's ass

  • and I thought the confidence course at Paris Island was tough.
