  • HOLY, HOLY, HOLY, LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, which was, and is, and is to come.rev:4:8. THANK YOU KING JESUS. AMEN.

  • I agree. It makes it possible for people like me to teach and lead others in a group very quickly. And for me, it needs to be simple! lol

  • it's good that worship songs aren't complex. The purpose of worship songs aren't to increase your guitar skills or anything about us. But they are for people to be able to play/sing and praise the Lord, whether as a band or as an individual.

There are differences between worship songs and Christian songs. They are NOT the same.

If you want to increase guitar skills, however, I would learn David Crowder or Shane & Shane stuff. But learning scales help a lot too. =P

  • then make it complex... make it your own and put your own complex flare on it :] i love tomlin. his songs are so simple yet so powerful.

  • By the way, it goes G, Amin, G/B, C, in the chorus....

Besides, who wants to sing in a large congregation B, D, Gmin, F# whatever, you will lose the congregation to fast, my friend.

  • You should hear the Album version of this song with the drums and violins.

    The instruments are awewsome !

It is not just simple !.

It is an awesome song !

  • I love how Chris always keeps it simple in a world of ever growing complex Christian music (not that that's such a bad thing). Beautiful song!

  • nice!

  • What you mean it's not 4/4? Ha. ;)

  • Awesome song! Chris Tomlin as great music!
