1. (to everyone) yes flips are against the nature of parkour,

but to do flips requires alot of body control, which is essential to parkour.

2. i think i was at that park when you filmed this 0.o

@LizardiDesigns It is very possible you were there. It was sometime last summer, so I have no idea who was at the park besides us. Usually a bunch of little kids that end up trying to mimic us lol

Theres a very fine line between parkour and freerunning. The difference is your goal. Doing one flip while going somewhere is still considered parkour, but doing it just to be cool is freeruning. But they are Very interchangeable. :P

@TheParkourKnight Its Colin :P umm, at this point we dont have set days for it anymore. I'm not sure if that will change when school starts back up or not. If you want to get in the loop right now, we plan all meetings over texts.
