Nice effects! I'll have to give this a try some time. I've never even touched vfx in maya. What kind of tutorials did you begin with to start experimenting in vfx?
Mình đang học Maya , mình đã down bộ Introduction to Maya , nhưng mình thiếu Introduction to Polygon Modeling 06_02 , cái link nó có vấn đề , không tài nào down được dù có part 1 , 3 bạn có thể up lại không , cm1 ơn nhiều
@MrBHearnden: First of all, I created an emitter which was parented to the large missle. This missle animated along a curve. Then, the emitter will emit a number of particles at a certain point. These particles will move randomly in a spherical space. After that, I turn on 2 attracted objects (one is the curve, one is the target point on the ground) and the particles will move a long the curve and also go to the target point. While moving, the particles emit secondary particles.
@silmusashi did you get there ... sorry was really caught up with work... didn't get a chance to ask ... i think its the turbulence under the temperature which gives the detail... try pushing that up... cheers!

@megtan3D: I cannot point out which tutorials I begin with. The thing is I learn a bit of this, a bit of that and combine them together.
