  • Are there videos about how to write pleadings?

  • All this is well and good. What about registering a Will & Testament as a deed, with administrative procedures included. Do you offer a course on that?

  • A will is not a deed any more than a deed is a will. Be glad to help you if you email me directly, but there's no way to make a will a deed without a court order in probate creating a deed when the will is probated. Make sense? We are here to help you and millions of others who are being taken advantage of by members of my profession. "A thing similar is never exactly the same." :-)

  • @Jurisdictionary So have you heard Frank O'Collins?

  • Check out the webside. LOTS OF FREE INFORMATION, TOO!

  • How much is yor course?

  • I may now book mark that Jurisdictionary website. Cool name, btw.

  • The Rules of Evidence is extremely important. People do need to stop complaining and embark on self study of law and then apply it. I visited your site and thought it is pretty cool. Are you aware that the Social Security Number identifies a trust and not a living human being? The SSA offered the card to a person to hold until they request it back. Such a reservation of ownership proves the intention was for it to be held in trust. Anytime the SSN is used, the party acting is a trust.

  • Oh, I'm not whining! Where do yu get the idea?

  • @EarthaKit2 It's not a "catch", Eartha ... it's just a need that people have. Learning requires a teacher. My 25 years as a case-winning attorney and innate skill for making complicated things easy-to-understand puts me in a position to be able to help people learn. I need income to allow me to do this full-time. So, I charge for the course, which is reasonable by all means. Get the course and see for yourself. YOU'LL BE VERY PLEASED ! ! !

  • Ooo, I knew there was a catch! It's cross my palm...

  • @EarthaKit2 No. It's make an effort to learn! If you don't know the rules of the game, how can you hope to win? If you want to study the rules on your own, by all means do so, and forget about my course. You can find the rules on-line for free and study them. If you want to understand them, my course will help. But, I don't care if you order my course or not. I just want EVERYONE to stop whining and start learning and using the rules to overcome legal corruption NOW ! ! !

  • the loop hole in the injustice system is the judge can do any thing he wants

fraud is legal in the legal system

of else the state would never convict any one

that is not called the lawful system (legal system)

if what your saying is true we would not have to appeal ( all the way to the supreme court)

  • If you do things the way Jurisdictionary teaches, you can overcome courtroom corruption. If you don't make an effort to learn the rules, you cannot hope to win, just like baseball or a game of cards. Learn the rules and stop the corruption.

  • @Canwin2 No, the problem in the system is your average person is not familiar with the court and government process. Take a civics class. Observe a court proceeding. If a judge has acted improperly file a judicial grievance but you must follow through. Most of the complaints against judges are dismissed because the defendant does not follow through.

  • what's a valid claim? I suppose, tis' decided by the Judge or the Courts.

  • A valid claim is called a "cause of action", e.g., breach of contract. It is NOT decided by the courts. It is part of your right to due process. But, if you don't learn the rules as taught in my course, you have no chance of winning. ... Jurisdictionary

  • he wins what ? it's all about fiat paper money

  • Please send me all your fiat paper money to Jurisdictionary so we can help more people win.

  • A good lawyer knows the law. A great lawyer knows the judge.

A good lawyer knows everything about the laws he works with and how to bend each one.

A GREAT LAWYER knows everything about the JUDGES he works with and how to bend each one.

  • @pathfinderdaddy - A good lawyer knows the rules and how to use them to control the judge and overcome his opponent. That's what Jurisdictionary teaches.

  • As a young person. I am looking forward to go to college. But, I am afraid that I will not be able to figure out the case, I am very nervous, and hoping this is what I want to do. Not very many people in the world look at the future as a young teen. I am looking a lawyer video's and reading about lawyers to be successful... but I do yet become believable to the college will help me understand all cases and things. -Hope this made sense-

  • @MRemocares - Never give up on yourself. Study to be approved. A good book is by Strunk and White that will teach you how to write better English. It is called "The Elements of Style". Lawyering is all about language. Jurisdictionary will help you.

  • Nice Video. Youtube can be a great asset for you. If you need any help getting your video exposed check out this site called tubeviews [dot net] It has really done wonders for me, I have built 3 channels up with videos at top in positions and this is my fourth channel i'm working on.

    cool
