  • This is the most moving pop song of the 80's.

  • Phil Collins= sexy......

  • 3:08 hypnotic

  • In Too Deep = Beautiful Music. This is in my top 5 of all time favorites. Not a lot of songs better then this, Maybe "Just Remember I Love You" by Fire Fall.

  • Bless you phil collins life for ever love all your music keep make beautiufl song God Bless you

  • Phil Collins is da greatest!!

  • Love the Miami Vice look Phil has going on! Music just isn't the same any longer. I miss the 80's!! I LOVE PHIL!

  • Every day I listen to songs like this that were popular when I was little and it just makes me feel like music today is so empty, one-dimensional, and lifeless. Sucks being a geriatric I guess..

  • @jankyjay253 also sucks to be a youngster who wishes she was born 2 decades ago... lucky for me i was raised listening to songs like this so i'm glad i haven't missed out.... n yea u r right.. most music today is meaningless

  • i love this song its my favorite it almost made me cry

  • Beautiful song but this should have been on a Phil Collins solo album not Genesis. A lot of Invisible Touch sounds like his later solo material, just sounds more like it's for his liking.

  • i love 80s..my younger years..To : Nathan and Lelie..time to visible that feelings..

  • yeah I'm playing for keeps!

  • I LOOOOVE 80's music videos and this song is great Genesis in their pop prime.

  • great music and american psyco good acting, lol

  • American Psycho brought me here. I knew of the song before, but, originally, I didn't like it.American Psycho encouraged me to give it a second look, and NOW I think this song is AMAZING. I have seen the error of my ways. I don't know why I didn't like before.

  • Asking all kinds of questions 2myself but never finding the answers crying at the top of my lungs & no one listening!

  • Phil Collens has done it again! WAY TO GO BLOKE!!!!

  • Beautiful song by a fantastic group of musicians!!!

  • Wow one person doesn't like it in too deep.

  • memories

  • I don't agree with Pat about this being their masterpiece. Duke and Foxtrot are still my favs, but I do prefer his business card to Van Patten's. wtf does Bryce know anyway. he can't get into Dorsia.

  • I need a fucking reservation at Dorsia !!

  • Nothing wrong with being in too deep. In fact, I like it that way. ; )

  • 1 person is in too deep but was able to click dislike on the way down.

  • I'm a fucking antique I owned this Album on vinyl then on cassette[Cro2], you call it classic I call it the last generation of real music. thank god cobain died young.

  • gonna be great to sing this song to my gf :P

  • this song is such a good song, even thought its about 25 years old

  • "Don't touch the watch"

  • got myself a new gf, think ima play this song alot more

  • really good song... now if youll excuse me i have to go return some video tapes

  • People who where born in the 80's knew this song LONG before American Psycho, I came here because I love Phil Collins never Heard or Seen American Psycho and please try again... OneNation

  • Awesome song !

  • Besides American Psycho, this song was in the great 1986 film Mona Lisa with Bob Hoskins and Michael Caine.

  • its true, i bought the Invisible Touch album on iTunes and loved this song... then I watched American Psycho and this scene came on i was like :OOOOO

  • I was really hoping this would be a Sum 41 cover.

  • Mona Lisa :)

  • American Psycho remembered of the song because it´s a girlfriend of mine favourite movie. I owned a 'Genesis' album from Genesis once but then I lend it to someone and never got it back. 'Invisible Touch' and the 'We can´t dance' album are my personal favourites.

  • They usually say British musicians never die like Def Leppard, Mick Jagger, Led Zeppelin and this talented man Phil Collins. He will always be one of the greatest legend and his music will live forever.

  • In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your asshole. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it.

  • this song reminds me of golden corral or country buffet

  • Don't touch the watch.

  • not going to lie drive at around 7:30 in the evening and let your windows down, drive at 45 mph and sing along to this song. make sure your driving towards the sun, i assure you its a pretty good highway song

  • Takes me back to the 80s, good times

  • Great song.

  • Thumbs up if American Psycho DID NOT bring you here and you knew of this song long before American Psycho. God Bless You Phil Collins thanks so much for all the Incredible Music!

  • @TlMEtoLAUGH U mad?

  • @LexPhilogus Mad? Yes, I guess I am. So are most people born in the 70's and 80's because we all know what Great music is all about and Today's Music is complete Garbage.

  • @TlMEtoLAUGH i don't even know what american phyco is

  • @TlMEtoLAUGH no i first discovered this song because of american psycho

  • Comment removed

  • @TlMEtoLAUGH yes, absolutely, this song is timeless, but lets not put down american psycho as a beautiful complement to phil's music

  • @sferri2 HAHAHHAH!!

  • @TlMEtoLAUGH Thumbs up if you're a holier-than-thou contrarian cunt! :D

  • @TlMEtoLAUGH To date myself, I can remember blasting this song on my Ford Tempo! LOL Another wonderful band from my teenage years!

  • @TlMEtoLAUGH I knew this song a good five years before American Psycho came out.

  • @TlMEtoLAUGH

Thumbs up if you have never even heard of "American Psycho" but just know what good music and art is...!

  • @vadennotbaden Long live the 80's/Miami Vice era LOL

  • @TlMEtoLAUGH The film "Mona Lisa" with Bob Hoskins was where I first heard this song :)

  • @SPeacock I love that movie Mona Lisa!

  • Amazing recording! Beautiful song.

  • Genesis ruled my world back then when I was too young to understand...

  • who the hell dislike this song??

  • @zeldaocarena c'mon now.... there always has to be that one talent-less, deaf, hating ass, douchebag... smh

  • @CoDaC35 yea guess so haha!!

  • @zeldaocarena lol it's a shame really...such a waste of life and space ....and carbon hahaha

  • Still love this song...Thanks for the memories.

  • loveeeeeeeeeeee

  • the most moving pop song of the 1980s

  • I love this song and Phil Collins, his has such a soothing voice!!!!

  • another Tony Banks classic. Best song writer ever.

  • As I was reflecting on the profound meaning of this song, i thought to myself, "Needs more cowbell." Just joking. I love this song.

  • God damn I love this band.

  • Este mensaje es de Sofia: Hola amor... cuidate...te extraño....muacksssssss

  • One person doesn't know that this is the most moving pop song of the 1980's.

  • Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it.

  • @dmooreQX4 hahaha i find out this song same way...nice bro :)

  • @dmooreQX4

Christie... Get down on your knee's so Sabrina can see your asshole....

  • @FERG0DEATH We went to a new musical called "Oh Africa, Brave Africa," it was a laugh riot.

  • Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent.

  • I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Christy, take off your robe.Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument.

  • Sabrina, remove your dress. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Sabrina, why don't you, uh, dance a little. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock.

  • Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your asshole. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Sussudio, a great, great song, a personal favorite.

  • @AlanCox444 who the hell are sabrina & christie lol

  • @DUNKYDOOBS They're talking about a scene from American Psycho lol.

  • @boobman86 And Patrick Bateman plays this song in the beginning. Maniacal killers LOVE Genesis - listen!

  • This is one of my all time favorite songs from Genesis. Phil Collins is amazing and the musicians are phenomenal.

  • u no i want u

  • The person who disliked this was part of that whole Yale thing....

  • such a beautifully haunting song

  • Genesis hit #3 in Billboard, 6-27-87. God bless ya, for postin' it. Thanx! Happy retirement, Phil Collins!

  • I love this song

  • "Don't just stare at it, eat it!"

  • was sitting in the truck, mom puttin gas in,heard this song, turned up and thought about the person, made me want to cry! 15 years old :)

  • I love this song!!!!

  • Bob Hoskins walking around sex shops.

  • And just as we began laughing and feeling not so nervous with each other...I saw my Mom pull up in her car...I knew it was goodbye until he was in high school with me (he was a year younger than me), but I said goodbye, and turned away, tearing up, and he called out my name, and when I turned around, he hugged me. Mom drove to a small convenience store, and left the radio on for me as she went in. "In Too Deep" was on, making this 14 yr old girl, in love so badly it hurt, cry a million tears...

  • Last week of May, '87... I was spending my last year of junior high in the band room. I had loved him since I had set eyes on him the very first day of that year...I was a little pushy at times to get him to pay attention to me...Then, on that very last day, as I sat alone in that huge room looking up at the instruments...He walked in...It was the last day of school, so hardly no one was still there, but sure enough, my first love sat down beside me...we talked about small stuff like summer...

  • i think the girl i loved for too long knows im into her but shes gonna move out of state and shes trying to tell me something

  • i love his voice :)

  • Addicting, the whole music/melody is sooooooo ridiculously ADDICTING...I LOVE IT! Theres no other music that makes me feel this way LOL....so far XP

  • 1 person is in too deep!

  • Despite being a die-hard Peter Gabriel Genesis (yes, Peter Gabriel fronted Genesis back in the seventies) fan, this is a great song.

  • Classic... But only tothose that love music.

  • A Genesis fan, and all this time, I thought that this was a 1990s song, not a mid-1980s song...makes me like it even more.

  • one of my fav songs of all time

  • @meslem99 Get over it loser, there are plenty others...>_>

  • @freestylexgp Dude, lighten up. He knows what he speaks of. It's hard to get over something like that. Especially if you loved the girl. I can tell that you don't see it, but, it's a very hurtful experience. you'll know why when it happens to you. Everyone goes through heartbreak, but, that doesn't mean that it doesn't affect everyone differently. It hurts dude. Laugh if you want. but, think of how you would feel if it happened to you.

  • A well done song indeed.

  • i will always remember what she said to me......"I'm just not interested in you sorry"..... never gotten over that..now I've always been afraid to fall in love again...

  • "In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting." - Patrick Bateman

  • I heard this on the radio and I recognized Phil Collins' voice but I didn't know this song. But I never knew he was in a band, so it took me ages to find this video!

  • @karebear531 Oh CRAP that makes me feel OLD!!

  • When ever I hear Genesis I think of California. I don't know why,

  • so lovin dis song, i can listen to dis ALL DAY!

  • This song should have way more views than just the 17,707. Just sayin

  • love it!!!!!!!

  • I like this song.

  • man I love this song with goosebumps.

  • One of the best ballads Genesis ever had!

  • A song that speaks volumes.

  • 'In Too Deep' is back. Thank you!

  • I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3 total love i wish i could marry it

  • @mmp3199933bruce If you could only choose one of these three songs from Phil Collins or Genesis, which one would you choose? #1. In Too Deep, #2. One More Night or #3. Throwing It All Away?

  • @mezzo1741 Out of those 3 choices, One more night. "Against all Odds" is the best

  • Phil Collins is the best at singing a love song that really means something word for word! I will miss you Phil wish you didn't have to retire!

  • This song brings tears to my eyes.....so powerful!!! Phil is simply one of the greatest.

  • "In Too Deep" is a classic from "Invisible Touch".

  • IM SOOOO IN LOVE WITH THIS SONG!!! IF I EVER GET MARRIED TO THIS IS GONA BE ONE OF THE SLOW DANCE SONGS FOSHO!!!! XD <3 loves to phil collins!!

  • Loooooooooove this song especially the little piano solo :-)

  • im a country girl...but i love this song!

  • I was born in 81 so i grew up listening to Phil Collins and still listen to him and always will while my all my friends listen to the garbage rap and crap music thats out now. 80's music is the best.

  • @KevMan2316 I agree with u pal! ;-)

  • @MrGuily1983 Hey thanks man.

  • Beautiful song by a beautiful man

  • awesome song

  • 1986, Reagan ruled the land, Phil and another former British drummer Steve Winwood and Bruce Hornsby ruled music and U2 and REM were just starting to make waves. This was Phil at his absolute best. I think it was the only Genesis song not to be on Miami Vice. Tears For Fears released a song like this that very same year called "Head Over Heels". Oh by the way, they "Ruled The World" too.

  • I still love this song! One of my favorite Genesis songs ever!

  • Love this song!

    Phil Collins is the man
