looks like a cool enough game. oh and for your reference we can use a couple things to find our way out. Engine companies (the guys that put out the fire) commonly use there hoseline to find the way back out, Truck or Ladder companies ( search and rescue, ventilation etc. ) commonly use rope bags and/or predetermined search patterns to find there way back out. cool video!

i am a firefighter and must say that this game is nothing like the real thing.what would be interesting and very cool to see is a fire fighter game that was made by a fire fighter,one that has actually seen and been in fire. altho i must admit that this game does look decent enough for a view of a non firefighter.just one thing i dont understand....how can you be that dam cute and play video games. haha you are one of a kind.

im a fire fighter in training, this game is decent but its stupid how there are fire "bosses" stupidiest thing ever. And about making a real fire fighter game, i say you do it and cash in on it all firefighters will thank you.

lol, after viewing this.. i couldn't help but laugh... The games will never be anything close to the real thing.. I'm an actual firefighter, i looked at this game, and the wii firefighter game they have out, the game is nothing like the real thing.. I will say though being a firefighter is alot of fun, and very exciting, you have your ups and downs, depends on the calls.. nothing better then a structure fire though.. BFD 5234.

Well, it's hard to make a video game that can simulate 700oF heat, and 0% vision. For kids, and aspiring firefighters, this is ok... it looks pretty fun, we just need one that can go online, and one persons on the roof venting, the next is breaking windows, the next is operating the pump, the next is doing the interior assualt. lol oh and make the rookies take traffic advisory duty =P

@BobZombie33 ha I love that comment. Im finally off traffic duty patrols and actually on the attack team. I agree, although this game does look bad. But riding on the truck is half the fun, along with puttin on air packs on the bumpy ride. they should simulate that too...

After stumbling across your Mother 2 review(One of my favorite games of all time) i stumbled across this one. I'm really happy to see this game noticed. I'm actually a firefighter, so when this game came out i was psyched. We used to play the hell out of it at the station, glad to see people outside the job enjoyed it as well. Nice review!

OK.. This game is fricken awesome. I remember hearing a tiny blip about it but never seen it til now. They need more games like this. Like one about cops(even though cops suck ass). That would be an awesome game. More realistic games about everyday jobs. Cashiers, Garbagemen,Customer service reps(worst job possible).Oooh I know, Make a game about working in an ebgames store. I've heard some horror stories there. If they can make a fun game out of being a Mosquito, then anything is possible.

You've obviously never played mister mosquito. Games about assinign or otherwise undoable things are fun to play. That's the whole basis of Guitar Hero.
