  • it´s easy to stupid people as you to watch the bad sides of the personality of someone who has success because you dont like yourself

  • I think you're right, 1:40 ain't Bowie

  • @in2stringsnu Looks like a doll.

  • Don't flatter yoursel to think someone else is like you or Bowie. Playing with feces is not my cuppa. No closet homo nor am I homophobic. He needs up marrying a Somali model. Playing with pooh is no ones idea of fun but yours perhaps. Closet queer no way. Not even close to it. Pooh eater. All homos need to be isolated and fed to the sharks.

  • He fum bucked his way to fame. All this is is rock and roll. There's costumes a bit of outrage and Amyl nitrate to relax the sphincter and anus whilst the crowds who controlled the money came into him. A bit like Elton John another fum bucker and suck cocker.

  • @xebhai you're so homophobic yet you just made the gayest comment ever! I think you must be a closet queer to dream up such images. Maybe time you came out to your mum and dad,I'm sure they would still love you despite you putting your willy into men's bumholes.

  • Is 1:40 a madame tussauds David Bowie????

  • 1.40 ain't Bowie.

  • God , how i love this mans music.

  • the best Bowie song, it's undscriptible the feeling when I hear this piece of art

  • @iorzbonham Fabulous song....in his heyday, no one was cooler than David, baby....!!!!

  • lol what movie did 0:53 come from?? Bowie is bent over with his booty showing XD

  • @akatsuki202 THE MAN WHO FELL TO EARTH. Awful movie. Candy Clark couldn't act convincingly to save her life! Rip Torn is a perv, and Bowie's lawyer in it has bug eyed glasses :P It's too long... and it makes a whole lot of no sense. I only watched it because David had a starring role. Also, wtf is up with his lawyer blowing a spit bubble and shooting it at the camera in one of his first scenes? Lmao. Watch this movie, and you'll see what I mean here lol

  • @BowieLovinJew It's just a sad movie. Broke my heart.

  • @akatsuki202 That would be Man Who Fell to Earth. Careful, that one will break your heart and make you cry like you never had before. His character Tommy is adorable, but, but he's hurt so badly! *cries* Nobody was nice to Tommy nor did anyone love him. :'(

  • LONG LIVE ZIGGY

  • løl_Í_féÈl_sõ_lÕñëlY_tÒÐAy

  • <3 he was very ausome with and with out make up

  • Thanks.. could be my all-time favorite Bowie song. Still rocks me 40 years later. I'll never forget him standing there on stage in all his glory singing "Rock and Roll Suicide" so sweetly for us (audience) circa 1974.

    Watch that man!!!

  • Thanks.. could be my all-time favorite Bowie song. Still rocks me 40 years later. I'll never forget him standing there on stage in all his glory singing "Rock and Roll Suicide" so sweetly for us (audience) circa 1974.

    Watch that man!!!

  • boring. just watched a whole bunch of bowie for the second time studying him. dont like it at all.

  • @OneMoreForTheRecords Cool story bro

  • @sniperexx sarcasm is not cool

  • @OneMoreForTheRecords

Ofcause some songs can be "boring" - But try listning to:

    1. 'Putting out fire (cat people)'

    2. 'Diamond Dog'

    3. Look Back in Anger

    4. Life on Mars

    5. 1984

    6. We are the dead

    7. Boys Keep Swinging

    8. Moden Love

  • @helenajesstarzak good to see someone else loves the Diamond dogs album too. Also you could recommend the 'sweet thing' medley.

  • honey watch that man!!!!!!

  • Anyone else thinks he looks just a little, TINY bit like Sid Vicious

  • @MrHyperPeanut Wrong! Sid Vicious looks like David Bowie.

  • what is rock without bowie?

  • who is the girl in 0:26 ? looks just like him

  • @mtr20081 That was his wife Angie, or Angela. I believe they had a son named Zowie. Seriously.

  • @daven58100 Zowie is Duncan Jones who just directed "Soure Code" with Jake Gylenhall!!

  • @albanymike Thanks for the info. I'll have to see if he's directed anything else and maybe try to watch them. Heard of "Source Code" but haven't seen it. It'd be cool if he got his father to at least do a cameo in the film.

  • Just one heck of a sassy rock and roller Space Cadets! Do it better and I'll give you a Tenner each.

  • Great pictures with the exception of the one with Madonna, Sam Kinison, and Billy Idol. Should have blacked out the no-talent bitch Madonna.

  • GO RONNO GO.

  • Great song. Shame the end's been cut off.

  • Legend

  • sToPpEdWaTcHiNgtHaTmAnLoNgAgO

  • Bowie is the real deal.

  • @yolowell You can say that again...

  • One of the coolest men alive, no question!

  • Why did you cut it off mid-funk?

  • Get the Bowie fan club calendar for next year and you will see some wonderful \\\\\\\\\\\\\\bowie pictures.

  • I am going to the 'any day now' exhibition in Camden on Friday. Can't wait.

  • beautifull love

  • im 17 and i love bowie. i really wish icoulda lived around the time of ziggy stardust.

  • @JacobDeadman Ditto xD

  • @JacobDeadman don't. Our kids will be saying that they wish they could have been around at the time of GaGa. Just be happy that Bowie made some of the greatest albums and we've all gotten the chance to hear them.

  • @vorkutaman i hope they dont say that

  • my favorite picture in this is at 0:57 :) I like him with long hair.

  • at 0:51: "look that ass!"

  • good song , good video

  • Shaky threw a party that lasted all night, everybody drank a lot of something nice.

  • love his smile :3<3

  • my favorite album of all time

  • great song and great sound.

  • Where did you get/how did you find the picture that is at 0:57? It is one of the sexiest pictures of Bowie that I have ever seen.

  • David Bowie and Iman must look like a God and Goddess walking down the street together.

I read that Stan Lee wanted Storm ( X Men for you non nerds LOL) to look similar to Iman when they created the character

  • Great! I like this song. good for dance.

  • Wonderful memories of a wonderful song...ta captainevita.

  • I would do unthinkable things to this man

  • is it me or does this sound a lil like brown sugar,, sounds quite stoney however it is, thats why love this album, whole loada blues nd rnB hard rock; jean genie sounding like yardbirds im a man, this, saturday drive in, cracked actor is bril, panic in detroit, then that stones cover lets spend the night together then u get complete opposites like lady grinnign soul and aladdin sane, both beuatifully elegant and then the love song to his wife prettiest star and time which is just bombastic

  • @qoakzm2qoakzm, yes, that's exactly what i was thinking the first time i listened to it. There's definitely a stones vibe going on ... but being a stones fan as well as a bowie fan, i must say that it sounds absolutely great !

  • @Droyd21 god yeah man:P love both of them :D such great music

  • <3 <3 <3

  • 1:19 i think that the woman was the first girlfriend of david anyone knows the name of that woman?

  • from my favorite of bowie's glam albums... ace song.

my brother's dog will 'strut' around when this song comes on.

  • And every bottle battled with the reason why

  • Oh honey watch that man!

    who cant like..

    the man...

    the myth...

    the legend...

    the one and only...

    david bowie?

come on , this is just classy, awesome, out of the blue, glam rock at its finest performed by the amazing david bowie? whats not good about that sentence?

stuff lady gaga, this is the real thing.

    its reality.

  • I just love this song. Glam-rock at it's finest, from a true musical genius!

  • ga ga for whatever reason u bring her up here,is a wannabe isnt anywere or ever be in bowies class.

  • @FGISweetPeas Bowie IS one of a kind.

  • what? lady ga ga as bowie? plase think in what kind of shit are talking about .bowie is more great than ga ga.apart i dont know why the fuck they call her ga ga, she never is going to have freddie mercury´s voice.for christ.

  • great song!

  • Well done, nice mix, Bowie is the man.

  • Lady Gaga wishes she was as cool as David Bowie! She totally stole the crazy outfit idea from him! He did it better!

  • Thank you! Finally someone who sees that too!

  • exactly! bitch for stealing his style tho.

  • @porcelaindoll2 She isn't the only artist of recentto ware "crazy" outfits... look at Bjork

  • @porcelaindoll2 yeah ithink awesome outfits help if you actually have talent, and write good songs. gaga makes me feel physically ill....

  • @porcelaindoll2 He didn't design his outfits though, It was mostly one guy (forgot his name, freddy something) and a japanese designer

  • 1:14 No way that is an actual Mac ad, because that would be too awesome

  • "...must be in tune..."

    Believe it.

  • This man is fuckin' genius 8DD

  • its a shame his son looks more like Angie than him !!! lol !!

  • 1:33... oh my god, that's an amazing picture. And the song's great xD

  • Yes it's from "The Man Who Fell to Earth". If you wanna see Bowie naked (full frontal), I suggest you see it, lol.

  • Just scrolled down and saw someone thought exatly the same.

  • First Bowie LP I ever bought, back in '75, still my favorite, LOVE this track, Bowie's band was KICK-ASS, especially the late great Mick Ronson - AMAZING

Woody rox on drumz too (love the vintage '70z punchy sound of his tomz)

    Trevor swingz on bass

Bowie on this album IZ *Ziggy*

  • Bowie goes way beyond usual stuff.

  • The greatest man who walking on this planet! :-) nutrioplice, you are totally agreed!

  • Comment removed

  • I'm wery grateful, that You present my favourity music by YouTube. This is my first comment ever,

    Timo from Finland.

  • I've never heard this song before... but now it's my favourite song! :-)

  • I could very easily watch this man.

  • die

  • wow i bet you look like a faggot. David Bowie is the most attractive Man in the world, because of his voice, his looks, his humor, pretty much everything about the guy is irrisistable to most!!

  • i love people who write nasty things about them selves, like mirrors to ther own soul, about people they have never even met just to get comments and messages in their inbox...like the red sparks are little scraps of sunlight. bursting through the clouds in theirdepressing lonley life they lead.

  • really sexy

  • by far, one of the best Bowie songs to party too.

Singing it at th top of your voice when standing in the middle of the street dancing like an idiot.

Oh Bowie, you really do have a song for every occasion!

  • His beauty just amazes me everytime I see this man. It's just incredible the entense feeling he can leave with a woman. It is literally debilitating. I mean that. I can't walk, talk or even move for several minutes after watching this man. It's like I'm totally in awe. I guess I am.

I can't even think straight. I'm going to watch it again.

  • The most beautiful guy to walk on this planet.

  • @nutrioplice

    I have met the guy

Would not say he is beautiful, but extremely interesting, very clever man

  • @nutrioplice Yes. That comment is epic win right there.

  • @nutrioplice And of course he's the life of Mars ;D Hehehehehe!

  • "must be true" <--- I love that bit (:

  • wow....I am so loving this!!!!!

I could listen to this forever......so sweet

  • 'can eat you with a fork and spoon! God, I love the way he sings that!

  • I used to think it was..he could eat you with a fuckin spoon !

  • new york dolls

  • Fantastic Vid! ( 3.29 is does not look like Bowie!?!)

  • eek. I meant 1.41

  • Garry Shandling, maybe? lolz

  • Ronson's guitar work is fucking great.

  • Mick Ronson never got enough credit. Man he was Great !

  • hey i like ur name.......i was 18 in 69.

and saw bowie do this in 1974...it was unreal.

  • Im a huge Brian Jones fan, the wild man of the 60's

  • Cotch, Mick was one of the best. Bowie's sound took a hard hit when Ronson left prior to David's Diamond Dogs album/tour which I did see as a young teen. Damn shame I might add.

  • I had high hopes when Ronson joined Mott the Hoople, but that didn't last.

  • @PeteysFourthMoon hello, Been a huge Bowie fan since I was 17, now 52. Seen him live twice. Just got his autograph. Have also bought a receit from the Ziggy tour for $100 for drinks for him and the band. Angie Bowie signed it. For me its the early Bowie that I love more and It was Mike Ronson who gave him that great sound. Every Friday night me and my pals would invite the ladies for drinks and more while we blasted their ears with albums like Diamond Dogs, David Live and Young Americans. Jim

  • @ravgoodspeed I'm 52 also and I was a huge Bowie fan in the 70's. Doesn't it seem that it just was not that long ago? Wow have things changed. Even music. The music nowadays is complete crap. Nobody nowadays can touch Ronson on guitar. Gosh I miss those days of concerts and highschool and David Bowie. Wow was he cool.

  • @doggysector I think that is untrue, i just believe the "good" music of our days isn't what is mainstream. Mainstream, chart music is pretty crap.

  • @doggysector if you did u are my hero. i would like to be there on the last ziggy concert and do that but disgracefully the nature wanted to me on the 90´s and 2000´s. u are great

  • Best Bowie picture slideshow I'v seen in a while!!! Thank you!!!!

  • beautiful!

  • go, ronno, go!

  • I'm most intrigued by the lyric "The pundits were joking The manholes were smoking and every bottle battled with the reason why" hhhhmmmmmmmmmm. What do you think that might mean?

  • It means nothing. That's what so great about Bowie. He did a great service for the Pop Art in music: making a masterpiece from the nonsense.

  • Well personaly I've always envisiond either an earthquake or an explosion when I heard that lyric.

  • Kind of like T-Rex

  • This song is about his first trip to N.Y.C And the bad time he had David Johansen sleeping with his wife...I read that in the book to much to soon

  • The song is about a party he went to during the US leg of the Ziggy Tour. I'm guessing people were getting into debates and joking over drinks, though the biggest discussion was why smoke was coming out of the manholes in the streets. Damn, he states it so eloquently though.

  • Before I'd seen the printed lyrics to this song I always thought he was saying "FUCKIN spoon" but it was "Fork and spoon". It's a great opener for the Aladin Sane album. Lyricaly I dont think it's realy about anything or anybody inparticular. Rather it's about whoever and whatever YOU want it to be about. I realy dont give a damn what some damn biographer states, thats just more speculation.

  • Re New York Dolls, a couple of references to the fabulous band; " Yeah, I was shaking like a leaf for I couldn't understand the conversation / Yeah I ran out to the street looking for information " as it is said Bowie was walking down the street with D. Johansen who got into a salacious slanging match with some trucker; the Dolls gave right back of course and so did d. Johansen; on ' Time ' " In Qualuudes and red wine, Demanding Billy Dolls and.." about Billy M, original Dolls drummer Divine...

  • Thanks so much for this; God what a song; I keep hoping my favourite tracks by various will be added to YT; bit by bit my dreams come true!I actually preffered this album to '..Ziggy..'; it is outstandin!! More, please! My playlists are filling up with his imperial chamaleon-ness right now...I like the older stuff SPINE-TINGLING! Well done. Cheers and PEACE X

  • I heard this song was about his experiance with the new york dolls

  • THANK YOU! I'd been going crazy trying to remember what song "Watch That Man" reminds me of, and it's "Personality Crisis"

  • its on Aladin Sane fukwit!

  • The vocals are so buried on this song, I have to turn it up painfully loud just to hear them.

    Which is just spectacular. <3

  • From the producer,Ken Scott:"Oddly, I listened to it recently and I have no idea what was going through my head then, but there's a track called "Watch That Man" where I determined that to get the power from the tracks, I needed to keep the vocal really low, make it one of the instruments and have it really quiet. And, so, that's the way I mixed it. "

  • i prefer the live version of this song

  • SMEXIIIIII

  • Remember Mick Ronson.

  • Sexy!

  • Good vid but why miss the climax to the song ??

  • Aladdin sane...... the best!!!!! kisses
